I've been experimenting for a couple of weeks now, trying to find a team I liked to use, and now, I think I've got one! Let's hear what you guys think!
It's your fairly standard balanced team, roughly half wall, half sweeper. It's worked out OK for me thus far on Shoddy. (My friends and I don't follow the item clause, so keep that in mind!)
- I like using Gliscor as a wall. His stats are well-distributed, his movepool is solid, and U-Turn allows me to scout, unless taunt is called for first. He's a solid lead, quick and sturdy. Gliscor's job is to swoop in, set up Stealth Rock, get off a U-Turn if scouting is the best line of attack, or using Earthquake if my opponent's lead has a ground weakness. This guy owns any Metagross that it outspeeds.
A slight variation on the standard wall variation of Bronzong. It obviously didn't need stealth rock, so I replaced that with Explosion to help me get rid of major annoyances. He's more wall, than tank. Gyro Ball is a good move for Bronzong, especially considering how slow it is and that it's getting STAB too. Hypnosis allows me to help stall the match a bit and forces switches. The accuracy is kind of lame, but it can't learn Spore!
- My favorite tank in the game, Will-o-Wisp scares the heebie-jeebies out of stuff like Scizor, Tyranitar, Gyarados, Mamoswine, etc. Basically and physical attacker. Pain Split isn't the greatest, but it's an ok HP restorer. Pressure is great for sucking the PP out of other stall teams. Dusknoir's job is mainly to irritate the opponent. Not

Dusknoir @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish (+Def, -SpA)
- Pain Split
- Fire Punch
- Thunder Punch
- Will-o-Wisp

Latias @ Leftovers/Light Clay
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 148 HP / 204 Def / 128 SpA / 28 Spe
Timid (+Spe, -Atk)
- Reflect
- Reflect
- Calm Mind
- Dragon Pulse
- Recover
- Dragon Pulse
- Recover
- Possibly my favorite Pokemon on this whole team- immunity to ground, resists a host of types. A great support Pokemon. Set up reflect, can use Calm Mind, and has recover! It's also quick enough to outspeed some threats due to it's EV's and Timid nature. Latias serves the role of a defensive support Pokemon. I did consider making it a tank. I think Psychic would be a nice addition over Reflect, but that's a useful move (Reflect, that is), and I have a couple of sweepers already, thus Reflect stays.

Lucario @ Choice Band
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant (+Atk, -SpA)
- Close Combat
- Close Combat
- Extremespeed
- Ice Punch
- Stone Edge/ Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Stone Edge/ Earthquake
- I know, it's boring. This team is about as colorful as cardboard and as exciting as it, too. Lucario is no exception. Close Combat for STAB, Extremespeed for priority (it's won me a few matches). Ice Punch is largely for Gliscor and those pesky, ever-so-common Dragon-types floating around OU. Haven't decided between Stone Edge or Earthquake for the 4th move. I'm leaning towards Stone Edge, as it hits the flying types much harder and I already have a couple of Earthqake users on the team already.

Infernape @ Life Orb
Trait: Blaze
EVs: 64 Atk / 252 SpA / 192 Spe
Hasty (+Spe, -Def)
- Close Combat
- Close Combat
- Fire Blast
- Grass Knot
- Nasty Plot
- Grass Knot
- Nasty Plot
- Like I said, pretty bog-standard. This guy is my closer. If I get a good matchup, force (and predict) a switch I can get a Nasty Plot in to help turn the tide in my favor! Grass knot helps me get rid of annoying bulky waters that would trip a potential sweep by the Ape. Everyone knows that Close Combat and Fire Blast are imperative for the success of mixape to begin with so they were no-brainers. This things breaks walls with a vengeance, but I'm starting to think adding a special sweeper would be in my better interests.
I wish I had more to say, really I do, but that's about all.
