XY OU My first team cont. - Sableye focused

Ok so I would like to begin by saying I focused on Sableye and continued from there and I am looking for advice for potential improvements.

Sableye @ Leftovers - Leader of the team - I wanted to make a team around this guy. I made him focusing on his defensive capabilities. Taunt for any funny business and Will-o-Wisp for crippling my opponent. Becuase of his low attack, Foul Play was a great choice and Recover to stay longer in the game, while the other guy is burning. But as you all know no pokemon is perfect, so to back him up I have....

Ability: Prankster

EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD

Calm Nature

- Foul Play

- Will-O-Wisp

- Recover

- Taunt

Venusaur @ Venusaurite - Right-hand man - Fairies a problem for Sableye? Venusaur got your back ;). Adding to the defensive capabilities of the team, I have Venusaur and its Mega Self to cover some of the bases Sableye is lacking. Sludge bomb will take of any fairy problems, with the added bonus of poisoning. Sleep powder for those who get too excitied. Giga Drain and Synthesis so my Venusaur can be there for the long run. Again, there are some more areas to cover...

Ability: Chlorophyll

EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 Spe

Bold Nature

- Sludge Bomb

- Giga Drain

- Sleep Powder

- Synthesis

Slowking @ Assault Vest - Special Defensive Pain Bringer - Slowly but surely, we have Slowking to bring more defense to the team. Great SpA and SpD, Slowking completes what I believe the core defense of the team. Though he has no healing like the first two, he brings the assault with his variety of attacks! Has the Scald and Psyshock for STAB moves, with a burning side effect to lower attack power of my opponents. Dragon Tail is there to control the situation and Ice Beam is an added bonus attack to give even more variety. An Special attacker itseld, Slowking is not the only one who can bring the pain...

Ability: Regenerator

EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD

Modest Nature

- Scald

- Psyshock

- Dragon Tail

- Ice Beam

Hydreigon @ Choice Specs - Master Dragon - We all know the fury of this awesome dragon! Again, we have another variety attacker bringing its own world of hurt. With Awesome Draco Meteor, it blow away the challengers. Fire Blast and Focus Blast bring more way to defeat my opponents, providing more power to the team's arsenal. U-Turn is for the quick switch-a-roo to fake out others. With this dragon, my special attack is retty covered, but what about my attack power...

Ability: Levitate

EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Modest Nature

- Fire Blast

- U-turn

- Draco Meteor

- Focus Blast

Arcanine Life Orb - Super Attack Dog - Don't mess with the Fire power this doggie brings. With high speed attacks, Arcanine attacks with Flare Blitz, Close Combat, Wild Charge, and Extremespeed! Life orb make take its toll, but what Arcanine leaves it major damage to the other side! Now, last but not least is the last member of the team...

Ability: Intimidate

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD

Adamant Nature

- Flare Blitz

- Close Combat

- Wild Charge

- Extreme Speed

Krookodile @ Choice Scarf - The Rock Croc (I know its Ground type but ground doesn't rhyme with Croc) - Krookodile sweeps in with big power attacks like Stone Edge, Crunch, and Earthquake. And for those who try to run, Krookodile chases them with Pursuit. Speedy and Powerful! And after defeat one, it powers up to get ready for the other!

Ability: Moxie

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

Jolly Nature

- Earthquake

- Stone Edge

- Crunch

- Pursuit

With this team I tried to make it have both defensive and offensive power. Sableye may not be the best, but with support, I know Sableye can become a big threat.

Starting with Sableye, I have Venusaur and Slowking to cover, while adding Defensive power. Hydregion, Arcanine, and Krookodile brings that offense and most of these guys have variety of attacks for best coverage I could think of. There is a bit of a Dark-Type majority because of a bot of favoritism towards them. I will appreciate all comments that can help me find faults in my team and ways to improve it. Also, any compliments are accepted too.

First of all, I would highly recommend reading the OU viability list and checking if you can adequately counter every top tier threat. Mega Charizard X, an S rank poke, can steamroll you at +1. After a Dragon Dance, he outspeeds and OHKOs or 2HKOs all of you pokemon. Talonflame is also a huge problem. Sableye cannot burn either of them. This is just one example, so you should really go through the list and find your teams weaknesses.

Hydreigon
As a special attacking dragon, Hydreigon is outclassed by Latios. He has a nasty 4x Fairy weakness and he cannot touch Sylveon, Togekiss, and Clefable. The biggest letdown is the base 95 speed. This leaves you outsped by a large portion of the metagame. Latios can also carry Defog, which is very nice as your Arcanine is weak to rocks.

Arcanine
Entei uses this set 100% better because he has better stats, Sacred Fire, and still gets Extreme Speed. Talonflame is also awesome if you want a physical fire type.

Krookodile
This set can definitely work in OU, but you must be careful because he will get outsped by +1 DD ZardX and by common scarfers like Garchomp and Terrakion. It is also unfortunate that he is weak to priority such as Aqua Jet and Mach Punch.

Sableye
Sableye, with this EV spread, will get annihilated by the powerful physical attackers of OU if he misses the 85% accurate Will-O-Wisp.
If he misses:
252 Atk Aerilate Mega Pinsir Return vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Sableye: 313-369 (102.9 - 121.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Mega Heracross Pin Missile (5 hits) vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Sableye: 375-440 (123.3 - 144.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
252+ Atk Life Orb Huge Power Diggersby Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Sableye: 347-409 (114.1 - 134.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Talonflame Brave Bird vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Sableye: 297-349 (97.6 - 114.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 Atk Choice Band Reckless Staraptor Brave Bird vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Sableye: 420-495 (138.1 - 162.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Garchomp Outrage vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Sableye: 247-292 (81.2 - 96%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

Many of these pokes will 2HKO Sableye even with the burn, since Foul Play is not priority.

Special attackers can also deal devastating damage.

252 SpA Life Orb Latios Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Sableye: 261-308 (85.8 - 101.3%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
252 SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Landorus Earth Power vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Sableye: 214-253 (70.3 - 83.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Life Orb Thundurus Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Sableye: 175-208 (57.5 - 68.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Choice Specs Keldeo Scald vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Sableye: 184-217 (60.5 - 71.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Sableye cannot OHKO any of these pokemon with Foul Play, and since their attacks do over half, he cannot recover stall either.

Also, just realized that Shadow Ball Mega Gardevoir kills your whole defensive core:

232 SpA Pixilate Mega Gardevoir Hyper Voice vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Sableye: 426-504 (140.1 - 165.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
232 SpA Mega Gardevoir Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 240+ Def Mega Venusaur: 194-230 (53.2 - 63.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
232 SpA Pixilate Mega Gardevoir Hyper Voice vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Assault Vest Slowking: 138-163 (35.1 - 41.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
vs.
252+ SpA Slowking Scald vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Gardevoir: 93-111 (33.5 - 40%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

First of all, don't listen to Gannex about Arcanine. I can say right away, with more battling experience under my belt, Arcanine is fairly different in that it gets much better type coverage and has MUCH better abilities at its disposal. However, I suggest running a set like this one if you're going to use it.

Arcanine @ Leftovers
252 HP/252 Atk/ 4 Def
Ability: Intimidate/Flash Fire (Both can work well)
-Flare Blitz
-Wild Charge
-Morning Sun
-ExtremeSpeed

If you're going to run BulkNine, Morning Sun is a must over CC.
Also Assault Vest Slowbro isn't too good. It lacks recovery outside of Regenerator, and that can be fairly situational. I'd suggest just a normal, Leftovers set.
Other than that, you deserve a cookie for using Arcanine.
Just to clarify, I did not say Entei > Arcanine in all situations. I said that his set (all-out attacking with life orb) is done better by Entei due to Sacred Fire and being faster, stronger, and bulkier. The Arcanine set you recommend is a very good option, as Morning Sun and Flash Fire / Intimidate are Arcanine's advantages over Entei.
