XY OU My First Team Ever in XY OU

I've had alot of trouble with creating a team lately, and it would be a pleasure if you could evaluate my team. I focused it on creating a team that would focus mostly on special attacks, and that would have at least one physical revenge killer, to take down special walls. But, I also wanted to have my very own wall, and I also wanted a staller to give the opponent a tough time. So here it is:

Gardevoir@gardevoirite
-Hyper voice
-psyshock
-HP fire
-trick room
EVs:252 hp/252 spa/4 spd
Modest nature
Trace ability
This pokemon is, without a doubt, the star of my team. With hyper voice getting such a power boost, nothing gets in its way without receiving brutal punishment. Psyshock just sweeps any sweeper that comes in its way. Before you yell at me for having hp fire over focus blast, just remember that it can just mega evolve and use hyper voice to take care of dark weaknesses (which it doesn't have, thanks to fairy). Hp fire not only takes out bug weaknesses, but it also takes down steel weaknesses. And trick room makes this bulky sweeper fast as well.

Keldeo@life orb
-HP flying
-calm mind
-hydro pump
-secret sword
EVs:252 spe/252 spa/4 hp
Timid nature
Justified ability
Another pokemon to worship is this guy. HP flying covers so many type disadvantages that Keldeo has. After setting up one calm mind, there's nothing this guy can't do. His hydro pump makes everything die with its sheer power. And secret sword is pretty much just the fighting version of psyshock, so not too much to explain there.

Latios@life orb
-draco meteor
-psyshock
-earthquake
-defog
EVs:252 spe/252 spa/4 atk
Hasty nature
Levitate ability
This guy just wows me all the time. Psyshock has pretty much been explained way too much, but draco meteor+life orb kills everything in its path. But wait, what about the decrease in the special attack? Ah, no biggie, I can just earthquake because it's such an op move. And defog is essential to clearing out entry hazards. Sorry Klefki, you wont beat me.

Talonflame@sharp beak
-brave bird
-flare blitz
-u-turn
-roost
EVs:252 atk/252 spe/4 hp
Jolly nature
Gale Wings ability
Alot of you probably saw this coming as my revenge killer, because of all the weaknesses that he covers for my team. But the main reason I got him is because of roost+gale wings, I could keep this guy in forever to sweep the opponents pokemon with his super op brave bird. Flare blitz is also a powerful move, and latios clears out any stealth rocks that could be problematic. Stuck in a sticky situation? U-turn will help you get out of it.

Glisgor@toxic orb
-taunt
-roost
-toxic
-earthquake
EVs:184 def/ 252 hp/ 72 spe
Impish nature
Poison Heal ability
Ah, my wall. It never fails to amaze me. As you can tell, I really needed something to take down my electric weakness, and latios earthquake proved not to be the best canidate. So, I chose Glisgor. The poison heal+toxic orb is a classic combo, and I love it when I poison some one and heal myself with poison. Roost keeps this guy going for as long as I need him, and taunt totally screws defensive cores. And finally, earthquake is the move that does all of the electric killing.

Espeon@light clay
-light screen
-reflect
-psychic
-baton pass
EVs:252 hp/ 252 spe/4 spa
Timid nature
Magic Coat ability
Who needs to set entry hazards when you can use your opponents against them? Espeon is a duel screener, so having the light clay is a priority. The magic coat ability can screw with many pokemon's minds, especially heatran and ferrothorn. However, sometimes it has to fight, so I threw in psychic, and I have discovered that it is an extremely useful move. However, I'm not sure about BP on espeon. Should I replace BP, and if so, what move shall replace it?

So that is my current team in XY OU. Please rate it carefully, and thank you in advance.

i personally when see a talon flame, well it makes me feel sick.
i just hate him.
i don't know why i just do....
so if i was you i would get:
Darmanitan (F) @ Choice Band
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 180 HP / 208 Atk / 4 SpD / 116 Spe
Jolly Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 Def
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Superpower
- Flare Blitz

trust me it's so op.(yes i do know talon is a good revenge killer so u might as well ignore me xD)

Take trick room off of gardevoir; its base speed is 100 which is about 50 above what a trick room user should have, also the rest of your team is rather fast so it would be more of a burden than actually beneficial. Some options to replace it with include shadow ball and focus blast, but the choice is up to you.

When you see a clump of pixels and polygons you feel disgusted? wow smh

Okay, so for your first team, it seems kind of good. Replace trick room with shadow ball or thunderbolt or any other coverage move of choice and give it 252 Ev's in speed with a timid nature. I recommend taking life orb off keldeo. He's already got power and since your using calm mind, give him leftovers and instead of 4HP, give 4SpD. But if you want you can run a good set without calm mind by using substitute instead of it and replacing HP flying with HP ice or icy wind. There's nothing wrong with latios, but it is a standard set so be careful since people might predict it easily if you switch it into a heatran or something. Since you don't have a physical attacker on your team except for talonflame, I highly recommend you give it a choice band for that extra power and you can just go for brave bird and just wreck through teams. If your using BB all the time, since you have gale wings ability, you can change jolly to adamant if you want for that extra power. Also replace 4Hp Ev's with 4SpD or 4Def since having an odd number amount of HP will allow you to switch into stealth rocks two times. For the gliscor, I recommend replacing roost with protect since it well help you to scout what moves the opponent has and also provide a turn of recovery from poison heal. Your espeon set seems kind of standard, so I guess it's okay. But I really don't think BP is used that often this gen. If you want, you can replace it with morning sun if you want to stay alive and come back in and set up screens more than once in battles or you can give it grass knot or dazzling gleam if you want more coverage against other Pokemon.
All round, your team looks great so I hope you found this rate helpful. And finally, Good Luck!

but I don't have any weather for morning sun

Here are my suggestions:

Gardevoir: use this set; It allows you to check latios by living 2 psyshocks, and takes advantage of gardevoirs massive Sp. Atk to break walls. Trick room is not ideal for you, since you have a pretty fast team.

Gardevoir-Mega @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 24 Def / 232 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid/Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hyper Voice
- Focus Blast
- Psyshock
- Taunt/Will-o-Wisp (or any filler really)

I would recommend choice specs Keldeo. Keldeo with choice specs hits ridiculously hard, and not much can switch in safely.

Keldeo @ Choice Specs
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Icy Wind

Get rid of the 4 hp evs on talonflame and put it into def/sp.def. Having an even amount of hp makes you take more damage from stealth rocks, and prevents you from switching in on rocks more than once unless you roost. I would suggest switching out espeon for something else. Your team currently lacks stealth rocks, so I would suggest you use heatran over espeon. The set you use is up to you, but stealth rocks are pretty much essential on any team, since they help with threats like charizard and talonflame.

I guess I could use heatran, because of my fairy weakness. But I'd rather use a steel type that has a steel type attack on it, and I need something to counter my water weakness. Any suggestions?

Ferrothorn would be just the thing you are looking for. It can run Gyro ball for steel STAB, set up rocks, and resists water.
