Hey man. The first two things that jump at me:
Chansey ability healer only works in doubles, you want natural cure.

Charizards pre mega ability should be blaze, so you don't take chip upon switching in whike sun is already up.

Rest if the team looks pretty solid.
Kartana with z grass works better with bulu as a teammate

Thanks for the advices!

First off i have to say that your RMT for the time being as the forum rules require that you provide in-depth descriptions for each Pokemon to explain their roles. Please read the rules carefully and take a look at Team Showcase to see the level of detail we require. But since i'm not a mod or anything i'll give you my advices.

First off, i have to say that i like the idea of the team and it while it can definetly be improved, it looks cool.

First off we'll talk about the threats for this team.

~~ Threats ~~
-
428-m.png
Lopunny (Mega) -> Lopunny, with your lack of speed controls and switch ins to it's common sets (stabs+fake out+ice punch and stabs+double prior) gives this team, some huge troubles.

-
303-m.png
Mawile (Mega) -> Mawile is usually a pain for almost any team but this specific team have to go throught a nightmare with mawile, being garchomp and charizard the only mons that can beat it reliably, makes it so hard to win vs it.

-
641-s.png
Tornadus-T -> This mon, while you have checks for it, it can become a huge threat for this team since your checks are chansey and rotom which after getting knocked they lose a lot of utility, rotom gets chipped so easily without lefties and chansey being your only check to things like ash ninja, Mzam and lele, losing evio can be tough.

-
302-m.png
145.png
113.png
Stall -> On a minor level as the early mentioned mons, but stall teams can be a pain for the team since, even you having some cool breakers, common stall builds will always have the right mon to check every single mon on the team and the reliable recovery of the team isn't too big.

-
497.png
Serperior -> Serperior with glare+seed can break through this team with good team support/hazards for charizard Y. It isn't a top threat but it can definetly get out of your hand.

-
748.png
Toxapex -> Toxapex is one of the most used defensive options due to it's typing and its natural bulk. It definetly can get handled on, but it's hard to switch into it and it walls 3/6 mons of the team.

Now that we talked a bit about the threats for the team, let me suggest some changes.

~~ minor changes ~~
-
113.png
Chansey. First off, we'll change the ability from healer > natural cure, since healer it's pretty much a useless ability. Heal Bell > Toxic, while heal bell is unarguably a good move and it gives the team a better sustain, i think that toxic helps a lot vs some matchups chipping down the enemy mons.

-
798.png
Kartana. From SD Z > scarf, since you need some speed control, scarf kart gives you it, while still hitting pretty hard.

-
006-my.png
Charizard (Mega Y). This is a mere simple change to help break teams easier, Flamethrower > Fire Blast.

~~ Major Changes ~~
-
445.png
Garchomp >
646-b.png
Kyurem-B. Switching from garchomp to kyuremB allows you to break easier throught a lot of teams due to it ability and amazing offensive stats.

-
658-a.png
Greninja-Ash >
658.png
Greninja. Protean greninja helps more than ash ninja do, not only since it can set up spikes easier but also breaks easier due to not having to deal with sun lowering the dmg input from Hpump.

-
479w.png
Rotom-W >
788.png
Tapu Fini. Switching from rotom-W to tapu fini helps you to still check what you was checking with rotomW, and also helps the team vs opposing status.

~~The team~~

Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Soft Boiled
- Stealth Rock
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
