My first Team On Smogon

Tyranitar
Mild/Leftovers
4 Hp/252 Spe/252 S.Atk
Fire Blast
Superpower
Stealth Rock
Dark Pulse

Well Tyanitar is a nice Lead, because he sets up the Sandstorm in the first turn and he is very good against the other common leads.
Also He can counter two of the most played pokemon at the moment, which are Skarmory and Scarftar.
Superpower on Scarftar is a Ohko and Skarm has no chance against Fire Blast.
When i ladder with this team i saw lots of roseleads.
Scarftar is a very good counter because he survives a Leaf Storm and then he can attack with Fire Blast.
The Sandstorm brakes the Sash.

gliscor.png

Gliscor
Jolly/Leftovers
252 Hp/40 Def/216 Spe
Taunt
Toxic
Earthquake
Roost

In my opinion the best Stallbreaker.Because his high Bulkyness and his treat Sand Veil he can counter lots of Pokemons, such SD Lucario.
He also survives a Dragon Claw after a DD of Mence and then he can Tox it.His only Weaknesses are Water and Ice and because that I put In Vaporeon:

vaporeon.png

Vaporeon
Bold/Leftovers
252 Hp/252 Def/4 S.Atk
Surf
Protect
Wish
Hidden Power Electric

Great Counter of DDGyara.Because his Defensive Stats and his High Hp Vappy is one of the Best wisher in the Metagame. It has a Immunity against Water and a Resistance against Ice (Gliscors Weaknesses)
It is a very well partner to Gliscor because Gliscor has a Immunity against Electric.

gengar.png

Gengar
Modest/Choice Scarf
4 Hp/252 Spe/252 S.Atk
-Shadow Ball
-Thunderbolt/Energy Ball
- HP ice
-Trick

Is in my Team for Rotom-W.
jirachi.png

Jirachi
Bold/Leftovers
252 Hp/220 Def/36 Spe
Wish
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Calm Mind

Jirachi has a great Bulkyness. His great Hp and Def Stats let him Survibe the most Physical Attacks and after a fiew CMs he it is difficult to take him down.Thunderbolt against Bulky Waters and Gyara,Psychic is STAB.Because his Steel Type he is also immune against Toxic.

forretress.png

Forretress
Impish/Leftovers
252 HP/252 Def/4 S.Def
Spikes
Toxic Spikes
Rapid Spin
Payback

I like Forry more than Skarm because he can lay down both Spikes and he can Spin the other Spikes and Rocks away.Forry is a good switch in in Physical Attacks, because his high Def Stat aqnd because his Steel Type he ist immune to Dragons.
With the help of 2 wishers he can stay alive a long time to spin the Rocks away.

When im testing the Team im noticed a Weakness against dd mence.
How can i handle it?

My first Team on Smogon
Need Rates

Well it is a good team,
This is not much constructive criticism but what the heck are the evs on your Ttar I mean what is init and s.ang?????? Also your missing evs on your vappy. And nature and item are missing on Rotom.
Well any way,
To help get rid of DD salamence you could get rid of your Rotom and run a ScarfGar

Gengar @ choice scarf
Modest
evs 4 HP 252 SPA 252 Spe
moves
-
Shadow Ball
-Thunderbolt/Energy Ball
- HP ice
-Trick

Shadow Ball
for a good solid STAB move
Thunderbolt for gyrados or Energy Ball for Swampert
HP ice
for your DD salamence problem
Trick to free yourself of the scarf and laugh at stallers and cripple that salamence using DD

Well I have found this set to be a great revenge killer. Thunderbolt or energy ball use to get rid of gyrados or swampert whichever troubles your team more.

Well I hope you try this and it helps.

No, ScarfGengar is not a good recommendation at all, considering that Scizor and ScarfTyranitar are #1 and #2 in usage right now, that option becomes almost pointless, from my point of view.

The team has a very solid synergy in general, but I want to comment about a couple of things. The first is obviously to suggest a replacement for Gengar, and Rotom is the best option available when giving an in-depth analysis to the team, as it offers the possibility to cover the threats that remain unchecked (i,e.: SD Scizor). I'm thinking of two sets in particular, ScarfRotom or the always seen RestTalk, so I will list both and explain how they could function on the team, what could they offer, etcétera.

Scarf set:
Timid nature.
EVs: 200 HP / 56 SpA / 252 Spd
Thunderbolt | Shadow Ball | Overheat | Trick

Rotom-h for both.

RestTalk set:
Bold nature.
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SpD
Thunderbolt | Will-o-Wisp | Sleep Talk | Rest

Both sets of Rotom achieve similar qualities, the first has the ability to outspeed Pokémon such as DD Gyarados after one boost, and also counter others like Metagross, SD Scizor and SD Lucario at the same time, to name the principals. In addition, Trick offers the opportunity to shut down walls like Blissey and Snorlax, and set uppers like CM Latias or CM Suicune, becoming a very interesting option seeing how beneficial it could be for the set of Jirachi that you're running. The spread differs from the offensive one listed on the Strategy Pokédex and I simply chose this because on a stall team that tends to have a minor touch of offensive, to be bulky is a key factor on any of its members.
The second set have similar properties in terms of countering, but it's a bit different. Like you may have seen, instead of relying on Speed EVs and attack moves, it prefers to invest on HP and durability options like Rest, this simply means that it will have more chances to last than with a Scarf, though that's not such a big deal since you can pass Wishes thanks to Jirachi. Furthermore, this set of Rotom poses a considerable risk to Tyranitar, a Pokémon that loves to get in and trap the 'tiny ghost', due to Will-o-Wisp, while by running the first set you can get trapped after finished off a Pokémon.
In general, I suggest trying both out, since both options look very interesting and each give the team a slightly different way of playing.

Last but not least, think about running Careful and 252 SpD EVs on Forretress instead of the current, for a better use of Payback and entry hazards; that spread simply adds more opportunities to set up Spikes/TS in front of special attack users such as Vaporeon, Latias, Starmie, Gengar, among others.

Don't hesitate about asking something related to the rate. And please, expand a bit the description of each Pokémon ;) Good luck.

i have a few problems with this team and some suggestions

1:I'm looking at this team and it really and i mean really looks like swampert can lead off and ride this team straight into the dirty with next to no effort so unless you 100% og with energy ball this team looks like it could just be dominated by lead pert with stealth rock/eq/ice beam/toxic and you are also very weak to a lead ape as most are mixed with hp ice and if it doesn't wax this team it ill ride it straight into the ground so a team mate can.

2: why do you have a gengar with scarf in a sandstorm team you are killing your own poke i understand vaporeon as it has leftovers to make it neutral and wish but gengar has no reliable recovery moves to help it survive the storm

3. does gengar really need more speed i understand scarf t-tar but don't you have foretress who will take crunches with ease?

so i reccomend an azelf with grass knot which can also help with your T-tar problem because an azelf with grass knot
maybe even a sniper DD kingdra just something that helps give you the edge on ground types or pokes that might carry hp ice or ice moves(fire types typically) and i understand that vappy is around but people love toxic in OU now so you can count on one resist typically for an entire team and when the major weaknesses in the team are some of the most common most used

Id say something like

azelf

nature:modest or naive item:life orb or sash if lead
moveset: grass knot(hp fighting)/fire blast/nasty plot if naive(explosion) /psychic

grass knot allows you to 100% kill swampert leads. and even hippodown leads even though they are very rare now, plus you have that fire blast for that skarmory you were worried about and dragonite with e-speed you can just blow up in its face before it gets a chance to breath on another pokemon on your team

Infernape

nature: rash or naive expert belt or life orb
evs: 24 Atk / 252 SpA / 232 Spe
~ Fire Blast / Overheat
~ Close Combat
~ Hidden Power Ice
~ U-turn / Grass Knot

basic attacker you know made to handle many threats and with a very well rounded move pool mixed any phycical.

1. great wall breaker
2. great late game sweeps
3. can also function as a lead it if you'd like
4. can easily scare off scarf t-tar because some infernapes are packing scarfs now also
5. switching into scarftar is easier especially once it locks itself into something

with these sets you counter the things you mentioned you were worried about but a little more as a lead and if you want rocks either of these pokemon can get it

If you do go with Setsuna's suggestion (which I recommend you do), you'll be left weak to Dragon Dance Salamence w/ Fire Blast as well as Mixmence. For this reason, I think you should change your Calm Mind Jirachi into a Choice Scarf Jirach. Here's the set:

Jirachi@Choice Scarf
252 atk/4 def/252 Spe
- Iron Head
- ice Punch
- fire punch
- U-turn or trick

The evs are different from the ones on the analysis, simply because 176 spe isn't enough to speed tie with +1 Naive Salamence and that your team is already pretty bulky so the 80 HP isn't needed. If I were you, I'd use Trick over U-turn to cripple opposing stall teams. Nevertheless, U-turn is still a good option to escape Magnezone's clutches.
