Here is a RMT for the first team I actually built and didn't just through together from the forums/suggestions on the pokemon pages. So far I've gone 21-6 with this team on ladder matches.
Jolteon @ Leftovers
Introduction
After playing for a short time, one of the sets that most interested me is the CM Shuffle suicune set, because suicune is one of my favorite pokemon, and because I like bulky offense. However, I immediately noticed the lack of recovery, and I hate the unpredictability of sleeptalk on Crocune, as it has a 33% chance to do nothing (when sleeptalk chooses rest.) So, looking at other pokemon who could possibly use a similar set, I decided a Dragon would be best, as they have the best single coverage attack type in the game. I wanted someone bulky, with a boost move, instant recovery, and a non-draco meteor/outrage dragon attack, as I didn’t want it to have to switch a lot once set up (draco meteor), or get locked in and confused. The only two that came to mind that fit all of these, Dragonite and Latias. I chose Latias because its faster, so it is able to roar away many threats before they can do anything, and outspeed and 2 hit kill some threatening pokemon that could otherwise 2 hit kill it. After deciding on this, I started to build my team.
Building Process
First, I already have Latias as my first choice of pokemon. The first thing I did once I got him, was go through a list of walls and offensive threats, and figured out the main things I had to counter were Steels, Weavile, Mamoswine, Tyranitar, as well as special walls such as blissey (meta, scizor, etc are in the steels.) I would have put Gengar in but after running the numbers I found that with at least one CM boost, Gengar will rarely OHKO me with SR damage and a choice spec’d shadow ball, and never without SR, while it can OHKO any Gengar with Dragon pulse. Azelf is a secondary, because of explosion and a Ice punch/Ice Beam OHKO after SR on choice band/spec sets, though Latias can OHKO both of those w/o SR most of the time after a single boost. Most other stuff is 2HKO after SR with a boosted dragon pulse.

So, now we have Latias, have run through some threats to him, and I find I need something to take out special walls (mostly Bliss), and Latais main counters for this set. For Weavile, Mamo, and Ttar, I figured something that resisted Ice, Ground, Rock, and Dark, and that was as physically bulky as possible. A steel type with levitate would fit this perfectly.
While it didn’t resist Dark because of the secondary Psychic type, it still resisted Ice and Rock, was Immune to ground, and physically bulky. It also has Gryo Ball, which against Weavile, has high attack power due to his speed, and will OHKO even a Weavile with 0 Speed EV’s and a –speed nature. Also, it would end up OHKOing faster Ttar variants as well as being able to hurt them with earthquake. It also 2HKO’s any common Mamo. Also Azelf can only 3HKO it most of the time while he can 2HKO any Azelf variation. It also helps against Most Salamence variations, able to 2HKO most of them with Gyro, and can sleep it if it can’t, or explode in its face.

Now, I need something to cover some more resistances, as well as to take out the likes of scizor and rotom, as well as the many steel types.
I chose Drapion, as its physically bulky, has decent typing, will cover the ghost and dark types that can come in on Latias well, can outrun all common sets of Scizor , and OHKO all of the sets with Fire fang after SR most of the time. The only way scizor can beat it is Superpower + Bullet Punch on the sword dance set, and the chances of that happening are rare, as drapion will most likely come in on sword dance, can take the boosted bullet punch or quick attack without being OHKO’d after SR 100% of the time, and will OHKO it after SR most of the time with an expert belt boosted fire fang. It can come in on most Rotom forms and 2HKO the common sets, while only being OHKO by rare sweeper Rotoms, as well as having great coverage with a 4 attack set of Crunch, Brick Break, Earthquake, and Fire Fang, able to hit anything neutrally and twelve types super effectively, so is not a liability to the team in other ways either, and with fire, fighting, and ground it can hit most steel types super effectively.

Now I needed a lead that would be able to cover resistances, as well as be surprising and able to cover alot of common leads.
I chose Empoleon as it fits the bulky offensive aspect with a Lead set, can lay down stealth rock, especially with focus slash, is only weak to electric, fighting, and ground, and can hit back hard with Hydro Pump + Priority Aqua Jet, 2HKOing most taunt leads which are what I see a lot of, as well as not really minding a choice scarf off trick as it lets him come in later and throw around already powerful hydro pumps much quicker.

Next, I figured I needed another bulky physical attacker that could help cover resistances, and hit decently hard, and was able to get good coverage, and different coverage than Drapion.
I chose Swampert, as I could build him bulky, and he could get Ice, Water, Rock physical, all of which are different types from Drapion as well, and he adds another fire and electric resistance to the team, while being the only pokemon on the team weak to grass, which is also his only weakness. That plus his bulk would make him hard to kill, and I tried to decide what to throw on him. I decided toxic for poison support, which also lowers defense and allows him to hit any poisoned pokemon harder with his attacks.

Lastly, I decided the team would greatly benefit from wish support, as well as a status healing effect. The only OU pokemon that can do both in one are Blissey, Togekiss, Jolteon, and Vaporeon. I immediately took Vaporeon off the list as I already have a bulky water. Blissey just doesn’t hit hard enough, which leaves Jolteon and Togekiss.
I chose Jolteon because he is fast, so hopefully can get wish off, isn’t weak to SR like Togekiss, and can hit damn hard with thunderbolt, which will also help against bulky waters and non-resistant flying types. And that, rounds out the team.

Introducing the Team:

Empoleon @ Focus Sash
Nature: Modest
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 156 HP/252 SpA/100 Spe
Stealth Rock
Hydro Pump
Aqua Jet
Ice Beam
Empoleon is my lead for a few reason. One, its not a super common lead so it could be unexpected to the opponent and surprise is always important. Second, it can OHKO all of the common taunt leads except infernape leads with close combat, who will OHKO him after fake out damage, and with focus sash can always lay down stealth rocks otherwise, as well as hit hard against a lot of common leads with hyrdro pump and aqua jet for a priority attack to possibly finish them off. Ice beam provides decent coverage with water as well, though I was thinking of replacing it with sleep talk mostly for sleep powder leads. Bronzong Latias and Jolteon can all come in on the SE attacks thrown at him as well depending on the attack.

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Nature: Sassy
Ability: Levitate
IVs: 0 Spe
EVs: 252 HP/86 Att/80 Def/92 SpD
Gyro Ball
Earthquake
Explosion
Hypnosis
A standard wall bronzong that can come in on pretty much anything but a fire attack, and can cause some damage to the enemy team with earthquake and gyro ball, and is the main Salamence counter as he can come in on any attack salamence can throw at him and explode in his face. Yes this takes bronzong away but its usually worth it. Other than that he can sleep most threats he cant kill, and Latias and Swampert can switch into pretty much any attack directed at him with impunity.

Drapion @ Expert Belt
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 130 HP/252 Att/126 SpD
Fire Fang
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 130 HP/252 Att/126 SpD
Fire Fang
Crunch
Brick Break
Earthquake
This is my main counter to some of the other common threats, and running this EV set makes him decently bulky against rotom, and scizor, able to counter both, able to revenge kill Gengar, has great coverage with 4 attacks, can surprise opponents as its not commonly seen in OU, has decent typing with only one weakness, decent bulkiness to make up for lack of resistances, and a decent attack stat, as well as able to hit 12 types super effectively, this damage boosted by expert belt.

Swampert @ Leftover
Nature: Adamant
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP/252 Att/4 Def
Ice Punch
Waterfall
Stone Edge
Toxic
One of the best bulky waters in the game, and another effective offensive tank in this set. It can hit most things at least neutral, has decent bulk with max HP, hits hard with max attack against most things, is able to poison things either causing them to switch out or lowers their defense if they switch in, waterfall for STAB, can switch in on almost anything except grass attacks, and with him running a leftover set most people won’t expect the damage he is putting out.

Jolteon @ Leftovers
Nature: Modest
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 126 HP/126 SpA/252 Spe/4 SpD
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 126 HP/126 SpA/252 Spe/4 SpD
Heal Bell
Wish
Wish
Thunderbolt
Thunderwave
Thunderwave
I figured at this point the team needed Wish and Cleric support, and Jolteon, being fast, specially bulky, and able to hit hard while still doing both seemed to fit the bill perfectly to me. Its special attack along with Latias’s provides perfect coverage except against Magnezone, the only thing not hit at least neutrally by one of them, which Drapion can take care of anyway. With the speed investment he can outrun many things and get off wish and heal bell fast, can hit hard with thunderbolt, and provides paralysis support to the team with thunderwave.

Latias @ Dragon Fang
Nature: Modest
Ability: Levitate
Evs: 252 SpA/252 Spe/4 HP
Nature: Modest
Ability: Levitate
Evs: 252 SpA/252 Spe/4 HP
Calm Mind
Dragon Pulse
Roar
Recover
Recover
The last pokemon, that the team is built around. This can come in on any neutral special attacks, and any resisted physical attacks, or ground attacks and start setting up. With the speed EVs it can outrun most of its counters and either kill them slowly while recovering away damage, or roar them away if they can’t OHKO. With Calm Mind + Dragon fang, dragon pulse hits everything hard. For example, after a single calm mind boost, it can 2HKO anything that does not resist it except Blissey and Snorlax.
Well, that’s it, let me know what you think, and please be easy on me, this is my first time I’ve really built, and would like to improve to make better.
