My first UU team

This is my first smogon team ever so please be kind. I'm kind of new to competitive battling.

Clefable
EVs:196 HP/216 Att/96 Sp Att
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Magic Guard
Item: Toxic Orb
Moveset:
-Protect
-Facade
-Fire Blast
-Softboiled

Standard toxic orb abuse Clefable. I want to keep clefable in my team but I'm not sure if I should keep her as lead. It seems like half the time I switch in claydol to rapid spin/stealth rock/KO frosslass with shadow ball. What do you guys think about Claydol as lead?

Claydol
EVs: 252 HP/144 Def/114 Sp Att
Nature: Bold
Ability: Levitate
Item: Leftovers
Moveset:
-Rapid Spin
-Stealth Rock
-Earth Power
-Shadow Ball

And here's the claydol I was talking about, pretty standard I think.

Houndoom
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 Sp Att
Nature: Timid
Ability: Flash Fire
Item: Life Orb
Moveset:
-Nasty Plot
-Flamethrower
-Dark Pulse
-Hidden Power (Electric)

And here's my special sweeper. Flamethrower and dark pulse are the obvious choices. Hidden Power is just a nasty little surprise for the water types that like to switch in. Speaking of the nasty, although nasty plot really seemed like a good idea to me in the beginning, I never get time to really use it. One idea I have would be to get a Substituter on the team but in all honesty I don't really like substitute. Any other options? (I will use a substituter if I have to.)

Toxicroak
EVs: 4 HP/252 Att/252 Spd
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Dry Skin
Item: Life Orb
Moveset:
-Swords Dance
-Sucker Punch
-Brick Break
-Stone Edge

Here's my physical sweeper. Again, same problem with swords dance. No time.

Milotic
EVs:252 HP/200 Def/56 Sp Def
Nature:Calm
Ability: Marvel Scale
Item: Leftovers
Moveset:
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Hidden Power (Grass)
-Surf

Nothing really to say here, she's done her job so far.

Altaria
EVs: 252 HP/200 Def/56 Spd
Nature:Calm
Ability: Natural Cure
Item: Leftovers
Moveset:
-Dragon Pulse
-Aerial Ace
-Heal Bell
-Roost

Wasn't really sure what to put in this spot. Ended up putting Altaria just because I felt like I needed a flying user and because she wasn't a bad match for Milotic. Any alternatives for Altaria would be appreciated, seems pretty useless right now in my opinion.

Please expand your descriptions as they're definitely not up to rule 3:

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
