Role: Tertiary Special Sweeper/Exploder. Yes he is legit people and the Bad nature proves it. Choice Specs compensate for lack of good nature. Thunderbolt is STAB, Hidden Power is Anti Ground, Signal beam is Anti Grass and Explosion is there because its really Powerful.

Role: Primary Physical Sweeper/Scout. Pain=Power for this little guy. Protect to activate orb then proceed to sweep with 454 atk stat and STab Facade. U-turn to deal damage and to get outta there in case a threat shows up and Crunch handles ghost who attempt to interupt sweep.

Okay, I'm pretty much the authority for NU battles and Teambuilding. But I do some UU battles too.

I'm noticing that you aren't listing Natures or EV's or IV's? Might want to include that, so we can better understand what you're getting at.

Also, the team has a decent layout... Though with a super stall Shuckle, running a second stall like Uxie can end up being pointless if all it's going to do is set up screens and force switch with Memento. You can get more of a use out of it by running a CM set:

BOLD nature with all 31 IV's (with substitutions for HP iv's of course)
EV's: 252 HP, 252 Def., 4 Sp. Def.
Moveset: Calm Mind, Rest/Reflect, Energy Ball, Psychic/Hidden Power(The hidden power type can be whatever type your team most appreciates.)

You could alternatively run a set that works more off of screen, but keeping a CM attacking mindset while making it.
Also, you have a pretty nasty STW for ground. You might want to sub in more substitutes for a ground strength.

And on a final note, Don't give names to your pokemon that pertain to the strategies you are running on them. It will tip off your foe.
