My First XY OU Team

Hey people,
I've been having a lot of trouble trying to think of ways to make this team more solid, so I'd love your help.

Galvantula @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Sticky Web
- Thunder
- Volt Switch
- Bug Buzz

This guy's job os basically set up Sticky Web and run or make some huge damage on something. Sticky Web is really important for Gengar and Charizard as it allows them to outspeed big threats like Garchomp, Greninja, Alakazam, Starmie....

Charizard-Mega-X (F) @ Charizardite X
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Spd / 248 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Dragon Claw
- Roost
- Dragon Dance

Main attacker of the team. The problem Ive been having with him is that I need him to kill too many threats and he's usually too frail to deal with all of them. I know I should have some Rapid Spin support, but I just couldnt find a way to add it.

Goodra @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Mild Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Dragon Pulse
- Dragon Tail

Sap Sipper Goodra is a great partner to Vaporeon as it can cover the grass weakness and at the same time Vaporeon can take ice attacks. This guy is als very helpful against ferrothorn, preventing charizard from possibly getting paralised and from taking recoil damage. Dragon Tail is useful for phasing away special set up attackers/tanks. DragonPulse deals with Dragons on the switch and Thunderbolt with Azumarill.

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Substitute
- Disable

This guy can do neutral damage on anything, and after a substitute possibly sweep. Disable prevents annoying pokes from stalling out my team, like Gastrodon, Gliscor....

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Scald
- Ice Beam

Acts not only as a cleric but also as a scout. Ice Beam is crucial for coverage as i dont have anything else that can use it.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 184 Def / 72 Spd
Impish Nature
- Rock Tomb
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Toxic
Main physical wall as well as status absorber. Rock Tomb is my only way to deal with Talonflame. It also prevents Dragons to try to get faster than Charizard.




Ive beem having major problems with anything physical that try to set up, as they easily sweep my entire team. I cant deal with azumarill unless it tries to switch in on goodra. As its hard to keep Charizard alive, Scizor is a huge problem as well. I want to have Rapid Spin, but I dont know how. Also, if the oponnent has Defog or Sticky Web support it is way too problematic.
