Okay, my first RMT even though it was not my idea. A BL/UU team, with a few OU. I do not really know what tier to put this team in.

This has amazing attacking potential, but is often overlooked because of its shit shallow move-pool. Expert Belt because I hate LO recoil and I hate move restriction caused by Choice Band.

Bulky Gallade. This thing has a weird spread, but I like it. Ice Punch for dragons as is WoW. Psycho Cut for the cocky Heracross, etc. and CC for STAB. I am willing to replace this fast to make this team BL/UU.

Sleeptalker to take status. Stalls well and give a water immunity.
 
If this is OU it really gets torn apart by SD Chomp. One Ice attack that's slower and OHKO'ed is not helping. You probably want more OU walls if this is OU. You also pretty much need a fast Ice attack to take on Garchomp decently once it Outrages.

Unless I'm missing something, wouldn't CBCross (Who you seem pretty weak to) OHKO Gallade with Megahorn?

Overall if you want to compete in OU, you need to have more ways to deal with such threats. If this is not OU, then I can not help you as I have no experience with BL/UU/NU.
 
Well having Gallade makes it OU, but I do not want one pokemon to screw over the whole team. Maybe Kangaskhan instead of Gallade?
 
That could work, but don't ask me about BL/UU, because when it comes to that I know nothing. Even then I don't think there's a BL metagame.
