I decided to make a team based around the gold and silver pokemon, because they were probably the best games out of the series.

with wide lens to increase pump and blizzard's accuracy,plus focus energy raise my critical hit rate for sniper which is an ohko when used with blizzard or pump.

alright, a few things
accupressure doesn't make much sense at all on that shuckle, I'd use rest so it can recover health
vacuum wave is unnessisary on hitmontop, you're hitting from the special side with an adamant nature (and a crappy spec. attack to begin with), stone edge maybe?
you're probably gonna want pursuit over dragon claw on t-tar, he also has over 512 EVs
blizzard, hydro pump, and wide lens are all pretty iffy on kingdra, and you never mention and blizzard and hydro pump are OHKOing
I really doubt blissey needs that much special defense, maybe move some to defense?
If you're gonna use porygon 2 over Z, make him do something Z can't do better. I suggest recover and more bulky EVs. In fact, having two pure normals probably isn't a good idea at all.
T-tar's sandstorm is going to interfere with much of your team, as shuckle is the only one not suffering from it
You never really specified with one is your starter, shuckle I'm assuming?

Did you really put that much thought into your team when you made this? You wanted me to be honest, and I am.

And for Christ's sake, make your text smaller.
 
The main weakness I can see in your team is a fighting weakness. Machamp could probably rip throught most of your team if Shuckle or Hitmontop died. With the fact being that you want to make G/S pokes why not go for a wonderful defense wall such as Skarmory or Forretress?

-shuckle needs rest as its hp is horrible. you can replace accupressure.
-mach punch>vacuum wave and you might as well just go with pursuit on hitmontop to hit gengar harder. i've found that aerial ace is just meh without bulk up
-pursuit is one of the main reasons to use choice band tar but if you like dragon claw...
-i would just get rid of kingdra altogether. the only real reason to use it is with the rain. typhlosion, houndoom, raikou, and espeon all do this better although espeon is probably your best bet seeing as you could really use some speed on this team
-as much as i love porygon2, it does nothing on this team. get a good physical wall. either skarmory or forretress would fit this team nicely
