My Introduction

Well Hi,
I'm Tylar or "EnchantedMaractus" I couldn't find a suitable section to introduce myself but I felt obliged, I've been looking at competitive pokemon for a few months now and finally took the leap and purchased a 3DSXL and a Pokemon White 2 game card, I've been reading up a lot of articles on all the main functions of competitive battling and have been quite amazed at how far Pokemon has come since I first played it as a 6 year old on the original gameboy.
Anyway I guess I will tell you a little about myself..
I'm 18 and study Mathematics and financial planning at University, I also play rugby but I needed a new hobby.. Hence Pokemon. My favourite pokemon is Maractus I have sifted through EVERY pokemon over the last couple of days and was torn between my original favourite Exeggutor and my new favourite Maractus but I found it an easy choice, I don't why but Maractus just 'speaks' too me I think I like the flowers and the thorns together but I don't even know haha..

Anyway I guess I have rambled on for long enough haha!
So once again if this is a bad place too post this sorry in advance but it's just intimidating joining an online forum and just starting too post unannounced (I'd feel so 'rude.' Hahha.) So I hope to become a contributing member too the community in anyway possible and would love too make some good friends on here so get back to me!

Unfortunately, the reason you couldn't find the appropriate place to introduce yourself is because there isn't one, and we don't allow introduction threads for a variety of reasons~ The best way to get involved in things here is to simply jump right in. Don't worry about being rude or interrupting anything. Just do your best to be polite and contribute to the current topic of conversation as well as you can, and make sure to read all the sticky threads and announcements before posting.

Accordingly, I'm going to have to lock this. Sorry! Please do feel free to contact me or another member of staff for help with using the forums, and enjoy your stay.
