My last post was the first competitive Pokemon team I had ever built. After getting used to the grand scheme of things I came up with this little gathering and even gave them some pretty decent nicknames, even if I do say so myself. I just want some opinions on it, spread the love people! ;D
Cindurellurr (Conkeldurr) (F) @ Flame Orb
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Knock Off
- Ice Punch
This Conkeldurr is here to pack a punch, take a few hits and then pack another punch to heal her drastically. Let's just say that STAB 1.5x damage Drain Punch is utterly delicious.
Hard Boiled (Chansey) (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Toxic
- Seismic Toss
This Chansey is the Cleric of the team. She can switch into hits Aggron cant take like Focus Blast and a quick use of Wish will get any of my Poke's back in action!
Landkreuzer (Aggron) (M) @ Aggronite
Ability: Heavy Metal
EVs: 240 HP / 80 Def / 188 SDef
Impish Nature
- Dragon Tail
- Stealth Rock
- Curse
- Heavy Slam
This Aggron is the defensive meat of this particular OU sandwich. He can take almost every physical hit imaginable, shrugging of STAB Close Combat with relative ease. After a quick Curse or two, he can hit like a truck and those feeble little fairies hate him.
Seraph (Volcarona) @ Life Orb
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Bug Buzz
- Fiery Dance
- Giga Drain
This Volcarona is NASTY. It scorches everything to death and it's Quiver Dance makes it an unstoppable machine when it gets going.
Nightwing (Gliscor) (M) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 40 Def / 224 Spd
Impish Nature
- Toxic
- Protect
- Earthquake
- Substitute
This is your typical poison stall Gliscor. Not much else to say, really.
Warden (Klefki) @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 224 HP / 220 Def / 64 SDef
Careful Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Foul Play
This little Klefki is quite the Prankster. If you can predict your opponent's attacking style you can set up dual screens with particular ease and paralyse them, making it safe for Aggron to come in and pick up the pieces.
