ORAS OU My Mega Lopunny Team [Please Rate]

lopunny-mega.gif

Lopunny @ Lopunnite
Ability: Limber
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Return
- Fake Out
- Ice Punch

Mega-Lopunny cuz wynaut? Mega-Lopunny has very good base attack and speed stats, it`s Scrappy ability allows it to hit Ghost type Pokémon with Normal and Fighting type moves.
High Jump Kick is for strong enemies (has a STAB bonus and base power of 130), Fake Out is for priority (revenge kills and for the first turn of mega-evolution), Return is for targets that Fighting isn`t very effective against (like Gengar and Alakazam) and Ice Punch for enemies like Landorus, Gliscor
Salamence and Dragonite.

landorus-therian.gif

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Rock Slide
- Knock Off
- Earthquake

Mostly to revenge-kill and fast knock-off targets` items.
U-turn to revenge kill and to kill Psychic and Dark Pokémon, Rock Slide because everyone hates Stone Edge`s accuracy, Knock Off to knock off items (obviously XD) and Earthquake for tough enemies, mostly for Rock, Steel, Fire, Poison and Electric types.

excadrill.gif

Excadrill @ Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Jolly Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Iron Head

What could be better than Mold Breaker Excadrill? It can OHKO Rotom-Wash, Gengar and another levitating Pokémon with Earthquake, has a decent speed so he can Stealth Rock and Rapid Spin fast and Iron Head to KO fairy types.

rotom-wash.gif

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Rotom-Wash is a god-damn tanker, as all of you know. He can take both physical and special attacks, has a very good typing and ability and very good defensive stats.
Volt Switch is like a strong electric attack but u can also switch out at the end of the turn, which is a perfect strategy because Landorus has U-Turn, which has the same effect, Will-O-Wisp to decrease the power of physical attackers or just to deal nice damage, Hydro Pump for tough enemies and Pain Split to restore HP and to decrease enemy`s HP at the same time.

latios.gif

Latiosas (Latios) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Psyshock
- Draco Meteor
- Roost

HP Fire to take out Ferrothorn or other steel type Pokémon, Psyshock works PERFECTLY against Keldeo and Mega-Venusaur Draco Meteor work PERFECTLY too against Rotom-Wash and Roost to restore HP, due to the Life Orb recoil damage.

blissey.gif

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
IVs: 0 Atk
- Soft-Boiled
- Heal Bell
- Thunder Wave
- Seismic Toss

Ah, Blissey. The best special wall in the game. By adding 252 defensive EVs, it can also tank some physical attacks which is really nice. Soft-Boiled is to restore HP, Heal Bell to restore all the statuses of the team, Thunder Wave to slow down targets and Seismic Toss because Blissey`s attacking stats aren`t very impressive.

Pretty standard team. Nothing really wrong with it. The one thing I can see that could give this team problems is AV Conkeldurr. It hits everything on your team for Super effective damage if it runs the typical knockoff-drain punch-ice punch-Mach punch set.

I assume your team doesn't have a set "goal" per say, such as getting a Pokemon set up. You seem to be going for balance, which you do. However, with balance you want to usually have
Momentum on your side most of the time. With this team, you would most likely lose momentum every time you throw Blissey back out. Most ground types, such as opposing excadrill basically switch in for free on it and get up rocks if you don't go for seismic toss. I would suggest switching her out for maybe a Spdef T-Tar. With sand it gets a boost in Spdef and can help you pursuit trap the Lati twins which can cause this team problems if Blissey were to be KO'd. Spdef Gliscor would be viable too. It's just my opinion, but I think Blissey is the one Pokemon on this team that can be replaced. I'm on my phone and don't want to use too much data so I'll leave it at that for now. I'll take a look again later when I get to my computer and add on if I have anything else to suggest. Nice team overall!

Thanks for commenting, I really appreciate.

About the Conkeldurr, perhaps he is super-effective against my team but I have my Landorus that would intimidate it and a rotom that can take a shot or two and burn it. Also, Latios can OHKO it with Psyshock but thanks for the review. Again, I really appreciate :). I will change Blissey with T-Tar and see how it goes.

No problem! Hope it all goes well for you. But just as a piece of advice, Do not burn Conkeldurr. The vast majority of them run the Guts ability and it'll just make it deal out more damage so even if you intimidate it with lando-t if it predicts that and Ice punches it'll do significant damage. Of course this is all situational. Good luck the rest of the way bud! :]

Well I was testing it out and figured that Blissey is PERFECT to take out Talonflame, one of the biggest threats in the game. Even if Blissey might be a OHKO against Talonflame, Talonflame will lose lots of HP due to Blissey`s bulk, then you can use Lopunny`s Fake Out to finish Talonflame. What do you think?
A good example is shown here: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-243952085

Hey dude sorry no rate from me I just wanted to fanboy over the fact that people are using my team (like the guy in that battle) I'm pretty sure I mentioned that it was hard to use in the RMT but the fact that people are still trying it is cool http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/bird-spam-ho-peaked-1556-and-rising.3542101/(shameless plug) but anyway looking at your team I think that Chansey is just all around superior to Blissey, idk maybe it's just a matter of preference but I do think Chansey has much better bulk with eviolite. Other than that I think this team relies heavily on Lando and Rotom to check many of the tier's prominent threats such as Megagross and Altaria who can both wear them down quite easily. For this reason I suggest maybe running Wish over Thunder Wave on Blissey so that you can keep them healthy because after Lando and Rotom are weakened there isn't much in the way of a lot of threats. Overall very solid team and best of luck to you with it.
