So despite the name of this team, I think it's far from flame. (get it? cause my mixtape is flame?...I'll stop that) The main issue I see with it being, I threw all this stuff together that covered each others weaknesses and then hoped that it would look good together. As a result, I don't have much a building process to explain my thinking. This is what I have so far:
RunLatiosIso (Latios) (M) @ Latiosite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Roost
- Thunderbolt
- Psyshock
Mega Latios is my main sweeper. He's fast and has 100+ in each defense. Roost is to help me regain HP if I manage to take a hit. Seeing as Latios has some natural bulk, I can bring him in at any point during the game. Draco Meteor and Psyshock are for stab and the latter is to hit Special Tanks Hard. Thunderbolt is for coverage and Roost is for regaining HP.
MeloIso (Skarmory) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Spikes/Defog
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
- Brave Bird
Skarmory is my lead and set up pokemon. It comes out and sets up stealth rocks with can scare opposing Talonflames and Charizards while switching in, it's also good to wear down opponents that might utilize a Volt-Turn core. Skarmory is also my switch in to Physical threats provided that they aren't super effective. Brave Bird is for if I get taunted, Roost is to recover hp and Spikes and Defog is the choice that I'm stuck between, Defog seems like the better choice since I do not have another rapid spinner on the team.
Lucky (Chansey) (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Soft-Boiled/Wish
- Aromatherapy/Substitute
- Toxic
Chansey is my annoyer on this team as well as cleric if I decide to do so. Toxic is to wear down opponents. Softboiled and Wish are to restore hp with the latter being used to pass HP on to another Pokemon that might need it.Seismic Toss is get damage on some people that resist toxic. Gengar and Aegislash are the only things that could stop Chansey. Chansey is also my special wall.
Eren (Bisharp) @ Choice Band
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Pursuit
- Iron Head
Bisharp is deadly already, with a choice band it can hit a lot of things hard. Knock off is to hit opponents with certain items hard(cough Eviolite Dusclops) Sucker Punch is for priority, Iron head is to hit fairies that resist dark super effectively and Pursuit is to kill any Pokemon that is low on hp that's thinking about switching out
RunKeldeoIso (Keldeo-Resolute) @ Life Orb
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Secret Sword
- Scald
- Icy Wind
Keldeo is my MVP..my star...my..anyways, Keldeo is my main special sweeper and the main pokemon I want on this team. Secret Sword is to help hit Special walls hard, Hydro pump is a high bp stab move, icy wind is to slow down opponents and Scald is used to try and burn some of the opposing pokemon to slow them down as well.
Shofu (Darmanitan) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Rock Slide
- U-turn
- Earthquake
Darmanitan is my second Physical Sweeper. Running sheer force flare blitz gives me a 312 (Still learning to do calcs, excuse and correct me if I'm wrong) base damage attack along with my already huge 140 base attack stat. Since Darmanitan is pretty much a glass cannon, The choice scarf is to help speed him up. U-Turn is to help me switch out if needed and the other two moves are for coverage.
The only pokemon I'm 100% sure I wanna keep is Keldeo, otherwise I'm willing to switch out everything else, any ideas on who to switch? I'm really thinking about switching my mega but I don't know who I'd switch to, my main idea would be Gallade, Megagross, or Megabro.
