The Shed Shell is so I can switch out of magnezones and Dugtorios. I put Earthquake and Gyro Ball on because I want more type coverage and earthquake is also for Magnezones who dont use Magnet Rise. Relaxed is for more defence and so gyro ball does more damage.

Calm, 252 Defence, 40 Sp.Atk , 216 Sp.Def
Natural Cure

~Ice Beam

A Cleric Blissey. He is on my team incase one of my sweepers gets paralyzed or burned. Ice Beam for type coverage, Garchomp, Salamance,ect. I chose Thunder wave over toxic so I could cripple the opponents sweepers.

Choice Specs is so i can 0KO every Pokemon that doesnt resist normal attacks with Hyper Beam and Tri Attack. Thunder Bolt is for Gyrados and Ice beam is for Garchomp and Salamance. I chose modest over timid for the same reason i chose choice specs.

An Agiligross. Smogon reccomends some HP EVs but I sacraficed survivalbuility for speed.The reason I chose an Agiligross is so i could outspeed garchomps and salamances.Ice Punch is for Garchomps and salamances also.

I put Dragon Dance on so i could outspeed Garchomps, Other salamances, and tyranitar. Fire Blast is for type Coverage and ice types. I put Muscle Band on because I dont want 2 Life orbs but i still get my damage increased.

I scrafed this hetran for the same reason i gave my metagross agility and my Salamance Dragon Dance.TO SLAUGHTER GARCHOMPS! Fire Blast is for more power and I think you know by now why i have HP ice. Earth Power is for steel types and explosion is a last resort move.

Forretress shouldn't have Rest. It just doesn't have the time to wait the two turns. Also, Rapid Spin is a better option over Earthquake. The whole point of Shed Shell is to allow it to avoid Magnezone, so why pack a move to hit it? And besides, most Magnezone run Magnet Rise anyway. Spikes or Stealth Rock, or Explosion are all possible options.

Hyper Beam is generally avoided on PorygonZ unless you want to OHKO Blissey after a Nasty Plot. Since it's a Specs variant, take off Hyper Beam and replace it with a move that gets good coverage. Or just go for a Nasty Plot set.

(Smacks head) The reason why Metagross doesn't use MAX speed is because it doesn't need it. It'll be able to outrun almost all non-scarfers after 1 agility. The EVs are so much more useful in HP.

There are better items than Muscle Band on Salamence. Yache Berry works, if you don't want Life Orb. Heck, Leftovers could work if you go for a bulkier spread, which is advised. Only enough speed EVs to outspeed Heracross.

No offense, but not a very good team. Just looks like 6 OUs slapped together. Remember, not everything revolves around killing Garchomp (which you don't really have a counter for, since none of them can switch in on Garchomp)

Grow with experience. It seems like you're rather new XD
 
why 255 evs, oh well, i have the exact same agiligross and it works very well if agility is set up but if something can get a nonSTAB EQ life orb will only let it get like 2 hits, its still amazing if it gets agility on somthing that wont hurt it much
