Heres my attempt at a competitive team:
Mamoswine@Focus Sash
255 Spd/255 Def
Adamant
Ice shard
EQ
Stealth Rock
Roar
Sash almost guarantees a SR set up, which is useful for the obvious reason of free damage.
EQ is just for STAB coverage, taking out a lot of the common metagame in 2-3 hits
Ice Shard is really helpfull with the focus sash, giving me 1st move at low health, and 1/2HKOs dragon types and grass-type mamoswine counters.
Roar is used for pokemon who try to use me as set-up fodder while im SRing.
Rotom-W@Water Gem
Modest
Evs: 252 Spe/4 Spd/252 Spa
Volt Switch
Hydro Pump
Shadow Ball
Thinderbolt
Here is my lead, a fairly standard Rotom-W. Rotom here can punch huge holes in the opponents leads. Common leads of Hippowdon, T-tar, and Aerodactyl can be 1 or 2HKOed by a spec'd, STABed hydro pump.
Shadow Ball is used mostly to cover the ever threatening Azelf. Another STABed, spec'd move can cover a large amount of the physical walls.
Volt Switch is fairly obvious, switch in when my pokemon are KO'ed, only to get a STABed, spec'd voltswitch scout, holing a large amount of both offencive and defencive pokemon, where trick is used on some of the more troublesome walls.
Dragonite@Shell Bell
Lonely
252 Spd/4 Spe/252 Atk
Draco Meteor
Earthquake
Brick Break
Aqua Tail
This set up is nice for revenge kills and sweeping, while healing from shell bell.
Dragonite can use a powerfull draco meteor without fear of recoil, as most of its moves are physical. A Stabed draco meteor can do huge amounts of damage to a lot of pokemon, even on neutral hits.
EQ is a comeback for the electic weakness that Rotom has, as well as taking down foe rock type counters to dragonite.
Brick Break and Aqua Tail are mostly filler moves i use for coverage against various pokemon in the OU tier.
Bronzong@Leftovers
Sassy
252 Spd/4 Spe/252 Def
Substitute
sandstorm
Gyro Ball
Explosion
This is the most self explanitory set i have here, sandstorm is for doing damage while walling opponent pokemon. Gyro ball is for massive dammage, and explosion is for when im at a disadvantage i cant come back from.
Gliscor@Toxic Orb
252 Spe/4 Def/252 Atk
Toxic
U-Turn
Earthquake
Substitute
This set is my wallbreaker. Switching in and substituting on the first turn to avoid status conditions, before seting up a toxic and healing from the orb.
EQ is used mainly as its STABed move, with little purpose other than killing special walls, whereas u-turn is to switch to bronzong once toxic is up on physical walls.
Metagross@Iron Plate
Brave
252 Spe/4 Spd/252 Atk
Bullet Punch
Ice Punch
EarthQuake
Zen Headbutt
First off, metagross is my favorite Pokemon of all time, so it'll take some convincing before i ditch this guy.
The priority Bullet Punch is great for its STAB damage on neutral targets, and makes up for metagross's terrible speed.
Earthquake and Zen Headbutt are for covering the Rock, Fighting, Steel, and Ice types I come across, while ice punch kills dragon, grass, and bug types. No one predicts the punch >.>.
