In depth:

The lead
heatran.png

Heatran - Schuca Berry
Flash Fire
Naive
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
~ Stealth Rock
~ Fire Blast
~ Earth Power
~ Explosion

Heatran is my teams lead. First it uses Stealth Rock. It can survive one ground hit because of the Schuca Berry. If theres a Earthquaking Swampert, i use Explosion to get rid of it. Fire Blast(and Earth Power) is for Steel leads. Earth Power hits other Heatrans hard, cuz Hetrans are four time weak to Ground.

The tank
dusknoir1.png

Dusknoir - Leftovers
Pressure
Impish
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 SpD
~ Will-O-Wisp
~ Fire Punch
~ ThunderPunch
~ Shadow Sneak

Dusknoir is my teams Tank. Will-O-Wisp for burn support. Fire Punch is actually for Weaviles and Skarmories. ThunderPunch for type coverage and does damage for Gyara's. Shadow Sneak for revenge kills. It is good because it always hits first, even Dusknoir has crappy Speed stat. It also absorbs fighting attacks they are meant to Snorlax and Porygon-Z.

Edits: ThunderPunch -> Ice Punch

The Nasty Sweeper
Togekiss.png

Togekiss - Lum Berry
Serene Grace
Modest
EVs: 252 HP / 152 SpA / 104 Spe
~ Nasty Plot
~ Roost
~ Aura Sphere
~ Air Slash

Here is my Nasty Plot Sweeper, Togekiss. With Serene Grace, Air Slash has more better flinch rate, it is now 60 % ! Nasty Plot boosts already good Special Attack, and after three Nasty Plots, Aura Sphere and Air Slash are awesome. If the health is low while Nasty Plotting, it uses Roost to recover HP. Aura Sphere is good against Tyranitars.

The Curser
snorlax.png

Snorlax - Leftovers
Thick Fat
Careful
EVs: 168 HP / 120 Def / 220 SpD
~ Curse
~ Earthquake
~ Rest
~ Crunch

Curselax's role is simple: it Curses few times and if HP is low, it Rests. It is still hard to take down, thanks for defensive EVs and Leftovers. Crunch is for hitting Ghosts,Levitaters and Flyers. Earthquake is for dealing some damage to foes poké. This could be good switch in, cuz it can take Ice attacks for Togekiss very well, because Thick Fat reduces Ice and Fire damage 50%.
Edits: Crunch ->Yawn

The Team supporter

jolteon.png

Jolteon - Leftovers
Volt Absorb
Timid
EVs: 56 HP / 200 SpA / 252 Spe
~ Substitute
~ Baton Pass
~ Charge Beam
~ Wish

Jolteon is my teams Substitute and Wish Passer. It has very good speed after it has Timid nature and 252 Speed EV, so it can overspeed well. It makes a Sub for Curselax or Porygon-Z with Baton Pass. Wish is for healing other pokés in my team, if they are in pinch. Charge Beam is 45% weaker than Thunderbolt, but if it gets SpA boost, it can be stronger every turn, because its Special Attack. Jolteon absorbs electric attacks for Togekiss and gains some health.
Edits: Charge Beam -> T-Bolt, Wish -> Shadow Ball

The Lategame Sweeper

porygonZ.png

Porygon-Z - Choice Specs
Adaptability
Modest
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
~ Tri Attack
~ Thunderbolt
~ Ice Beam
~ Hidden Power [ Fight ]

And last but not least, my Lategame Sweeper, Porygon-Z. Thunderbolt and Ice Beam work well on Choice Specs set, they are boosted by 30%. Porygon-Z's SpA goes to 607, thanks for the Specs. And all of its attack are Specials. Tri Attack for reliable STAB move, hitting hard almost everything except Ghosts,Rocks,Steels etc. Thunderbolt for those bulky Gyarados's and Ice Beam to deal with those popular DDMences. HP Fight hits Tyranitars and Heatrans hard.

And now its ready for rating..

Okay... some immediate problems here:

Bronzong has a lot of trouble versus common leads. Anything with taunt can leave you with only the option to explode, and most taunt leads carry Focus Sash, so you won't be able to get the KO (while they get up rocks). Any trick lead leaves you stuck with only 1 5-turn screen, no rocks, and likely a useless item for the rest of the game. And many common leads are Steel types who will shrug off your explosion. Also, any lead that will use a fire attack (Heatran/Infernape) is much faster than you, and thus will get it off before you can screen, which will almost definitely result in a 1-2HKO.

Dusknoir is OK, but I might suggest Thunderpunch over Fire Punch or Ice Punch for coverage purposes. Electric + Ghost hits everything except Magneton for at least neutral, and Electric + Ice hits everything except Magneton and Bronzong at least neutral. Electric/Ice/Fire or Electric/Ghost/Fire hits everything in OU for at least neutral.

Togekiss is fine, but gets reamed by Rotom-A, who resists both of its attacks and hits back with a STAB SE Electric move.

Snorlax I do not like at all. Having only a single (non-STAB) attack means you get 100% walled by everything with Flying typing or Earthquake, in addition to the problems curselax already has in sweeping. What use is Yawn on him?

Jolteon is fine, though you may wish to make his spread and set more supportive. Dropping some SpA EVs for HP makes his subs sturdier, and you can drop Thunderbolt for Charge Beam to pick up Special Attack boosts as well. Shadow Ball could also be replaced by wish to aid his longevity or pass wishes to others.

Dragonite.... is garbage. What is going on here? Dragon Dance with a single non-STAB physical attack (with low base power)? Draco Meteor on a Dragon Dance set? Dragon Dance on Dragonite in the first place when Salamence does it 100% better? Switch this for the Dragon Dancer Salamence set and thank me later.

Just wondering, why did you give Dusknoir 740 EV's??? Even if it's a typo, I suggest you fix it. ^_~

(btw this is my very first post! :naughty: )

Okay... team. Dragonite is my favorite pokemon but that set you are running is makes him look like Shelgon could outdo him.

I think you should run a DD Mence since they will give you hellA problems.

Dusknoir is obese on evs. Like 200 too many.

Lax is getting completely ran over by Flyers/Levitators. why's Yawn on him? after some Curses he should survive nearly anything and hit back with a OHKO. i suggest Crunch over Yawn. you may still miss a STAB Return still, but you can now take out Levitating Ghosts :D

that Nite... it's just bad. you should be running something like DD, Outrage/Dragon Claw, Fire Blast/Draco Meteor, EQ. and even with that Mence out classes her with the same exact set. Nite is ment as a support poke (for like Heal Bell or T-Wave). i suggest DDMence over her:

Salamence @ Life Orb
-Naughty/Naive-
232 Atk / 24 SpA / 252 Spe
Dragon Dance
Outrage
EQ
Fire Blast
