This team was built with the purpose to destroy my opponent. The idea is
to clear the way for one of my three sweepers to fulfil this. Crobat, Gyara
and Snorlax can take down teams on their own but support from bronzong
and Cress, and electivire destroying counters really helps win the battle
easier and better.

The TEAM

437.png

Psychikos Bell (Bronzong) @ Choice Band
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/6 SDef
Brave nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Trick
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball
- Explosion

Bronzong is an incredible lead. It can trick the choice band to cripple
opposing set-up and stealth rock leads. The EV spread allow it to take
hits while letting it have a stronger gyro ball + explosion. I previously used
a Metagross but Bronzong just gives me more for later. If I can save him,
he can kill anything i'm having trouble with with an explosion. Plus i get
Stealth rock on the field

shinycresseliajk0.png

Alchemy (Cresselia) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 20 HP/252 Def/236 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Reflect
- Moolight
- Ice Beam
- Toxic

I simply love Cress. This thing can take hits like no one esle. She can use
Reflect to protect herself from persuit, can toxic stall an opposing wall or
poison the opposing team. I used to have thunder wave on her and was
very useful but i think this team doesn't need thunder wave support but
could deffinetely use toxic support.

Crobat.jpg

Silver Wind (Crobat) (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Nasty Plot
- Sludge Bomb
- Heat Wave
- Roost

Nasty Plot Crobat is not really expected from what I have seen. This thing
can get surprise kills on things like forretress that simply don't expect a
heat wave. Sludge Bomb and Heat Wave compliment each othe in a great
way. Life Orb damage is healed by roost which i can use to rocover and to
loose flying type for one turn in order to see what move my opponent (for
example a Zapdos) would use next. This thing resist fighting and grass and
is immune to Eqarthquake making Nasty Plot easy to set up.

---

130.png

Sparky (Gyarados) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 232 HP/178 Def/100 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Taunt
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge

Bulky Gyara has survived since I think my first team. Taunt is an excellent
move for a DD pokemon. This thing comes out late game to sweep.
People often think its a DD LO gyara and try to stop me with will-o-wisp
and thunder wave. Taunt also stops other things from setting up or using
recovery moves. After several DD it can kill suicune and vaporeon but I
fear HP electric from this two.

swampert.png

Big Blue Toad (Swampert) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP/40 Def/218 SDef
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
-Curse
-Waterfall
-Rest
-Sleep Talk

Something that worries me about this team is the potential that Choice Band
Tyranitar has to severly damage your team. You really do not have any safe switch ins
against Tyranitar. Basically, Tyranitar really hurts this team. You can always try adding
a rock resist pokemon such as Swampert who makes a great Tyranitar counter thanks
to its great hp and defenses.

---
infernape.png

WhiteFlare (Infernape) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 172 Atk/192 Spd/144 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Overheat
- Close Combat
- Thunderpunch
- Grass Knot
With Swampert taking electric hits im using infernape again to deal with,
about everything the rest of the team can't handle

Previous team member:

electivire.png

Force Panda (Electivire) (M) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Motor Drive
EVs: 42 Atk/216 Spd/252 SAtk
Mild nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Cross Chop
- Hidden Power [Grass]
---
Thanks for your help. I hope I can make this a really great team.

Hey dude
I just gave this a quick run-over and the one thing that stuck out to me was moonlight on cress, with the low pp and all the people running around changing the weather, you might wanna opt for rest as cresselia can usually survive long enough to wear out 8 uses of moonlight

what about changing curselax for a curse swampert like this?
Swampert @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
Ev's: 252 Hp/ 6 def/ 252 SpA
Nture: Careful ( +SpDef,-SpAtt)
-Curse
-Earthquake
-Avalanche
-Waterfall

Since you have an electric immune, you could get rid of electivire. You could go back to infernape or try a scarf flygon. Aside from crobat, your team is pretty slow and flygon could act as a revenge killer on this team. He won't be as strong as Evire or Infernape, but he will be faster with the scarf, and will help stop fast sweepers that set up from wrecking your team

Just a thought, hope I helped ^_^

Thanks huntofthelion, i had thought of flygon as a revenge killer when building my team and i think i'll try it now that the team has well improved.

Just pointing out something, do you really want to trick choice band onto something that does the same thing as you do, say a metagross? It seems that most leads are physically attuned, and would benefit from the choiceband, not to mention most would be faster than zong, and would have rocks set up already.

also, following that concept, if you come up against a trick lead, you get stuck with a choice item, which could be bad, unless you trick it onto some other poke.

then what do you suggest regice 94? your comment has been no help at all, you only leave more doubts. Bronzong does well as a trick lead, gyro ball and explosion power is boosted by this allowing me to kill stuff like t-tar and other physical leads. The faster the opponent lead is the better, i use trick with lead azelf, gengar, zapdos... and other and find bronzong to be very useful both as lead and later is the game as he usually survives long enough.

EDIT: OK... please help me with my lead, i dont like bronzong any more...!
