My New Team

I just made it now, haven't actually battled with it yet. I'm sure ill find some pokemon that's able to sweep all six of mine.

It's Like A Little Prayer (Vaporeon) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 200 HP/252 Def/56 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Protect
- Wish
---

Vaporeon is a nice pokemon. She'll scare away starters such as Tyranitar and Salamence. This will allow me to switch in Heracross or Salamence perhaps, for a free turn too attack. Haze is to counter Suicunes and Gyarados (gyara probably wont expect it the first time, causing him to neglect taunt.) Wish allows Vaporeon to keep her own health up, and aid my Choice Banders who have no other means of recovery.

How Did It End Up Like This? (Heracross) (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Guts
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Megahorn
- Stone Edge
- Pursuit
---

Heracross is a very powerful pokemon. He's not the fastest, so I'll probably have to rely on switching him in on the likes of Blissey, who wants to counter Vaporeon. I may switch Pursuit out for Focus Punch, which will hurt pokemon such as Gyarados and Salamence a fair bit.

Love Is All That I Want (Salamence) (F) @ Choice Band
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Brick Break
---

Salamence was my favourite choice bander in advance. According to his analysis page, most people will be expecting a special orientated Sala. This will give me the chance to do a one time huge damage on Blissey and co. Salamence will then have to use his powers of prediction in order to hit other pokemon effectively.

Hold On To That Feelin' (Celebi) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/208 Def/32 Spd/16 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Grass Knot
- Thunder Wave
- Recover
- Leech Seed
---

Celebi is here too throw Paralysis about, and maybe force a few switches. If I can paralyse a few of the opponents team, it will open a window for Heracross to rain pain upon the pokemon a lot slower than him.

Open Up My Eager Eyes (Skarmory) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/88 Atk/156 Def/12 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Spikes
- Roost
- Whirlwind
- Brave Bird
---

Skarmory is my physical walling bird. Spikes will aid the choice banders in their destruction, whilst brave bird will do sufficient damage to anyone who's weak to flying attacks, such as Heracross. I was going to equip him with a Shed Shell, but I think Whirlwinding as his first move will be a lot more efficient health-wise.

Hold Me In Your Arms (Blissey) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 200 HP/252 Def/8 Spd/48 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Seismic Toss
- Thunder Wave
- Softboiled
- Ice Beam

Blissey is here to wall special attacks and paralyse stuff, aiding Celebi in her job to put the opponents team out of commission.

I would go 96 Atk with Gengar. Vaporeon isn't that great of a Hazer, teach it protect instead. Gengar could go Life Orb/Specs/Expert Belt > Leftovers, he dies in one hit anyways. But, a Choice Scarf, or even a Max speed Gengar absolutley rapes you team, taking out Vaporeon and Skarmory with T-Bolt, your Gengar with Shadow Ball, Heracross with about anything, and if it packs HP [ice] Salamance is dead too. Otherwise, it has Hypnosis and is going to sleep your Hera/Salamance.

Im going to switch out Haze definately. Completely forgot that I had whirlwind on skarm. I dont really like bronzong ;( But I may pick him.

You've got about 4 pokemon that can take a physical hit, but none that can take special hits. I think a Mixape would be disastrous.

Still and sorry if this is late.

Mixape is just one pokemon.
I like to bring a balanced team, my format is the following:

3 Physical Attackers- At least one with high Defense/Sp. Defense
3 Sp. Attackers- At least one with high Defense/Sp.Defense

For your mence i suggest replacing dragon claw with dragon rush as it 2HKO's standard restalk cresselia with stealth rocks up which is why i'm gonna suggest stealth rocks over spikes as it negates focus sashes on all pokemon too. Also your team has a

Gengar@Life Orb
Timid l 252 SAtk/252 Spe/4 hp
Levitate
-Hypnosis
-Hp[ice]
-Shadow Ball
-Thunder Bolt

Blissey can take care of that gengar fine though. You also lack a real special wall which blissey will do well. You can replace celebi as it seems like the weakest link in the team with this:

Blissey@Leftovers
Bold l 252 Def/148 Hp/8 Spe/108 SAtk
Natural Cure
-Ice Beam
-Softboiled
-Seismic Toss
-Thunder Wave

It still provides thunderwave support so your not NP'zelf weak and it makes your raikou weak go away.

Hope i helped :D.

After a single DD, a DD/EQ/Dragon Claw/Fire Blast @ Life Orb Salamence completely murders your team. Vap usually loses out to it, so maybe a good scarfer to revenge it, an Ice Sharder or Bronzong/Gliscor over Skarmory to help with this.

i swapped Gengar for this Blissey;

Hold Me In Your Arms (Blissey) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 200 HP/252 Def/8 Spd/48 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Seismic Toss
- Thunder Wave
- Softboiled
- Ice Beam

I didn't want to swap out Celebi as in the few battles I played it one me quite a few of them. Gengar seemed to be doing the least work, so I replaced him.

Also If I were to put an ice shard weavile in somewhere, who would be the best to replace? Heracross?

I suggest changing the lead. Vaporeon doesn't want to be hypnotized, OHKO'd or poisoned so early on. You would probably want to lead with a hard-hitter to threaten any pokemon trying to set up, or a bulky pokemon that can take hits and status without trouble.

Here I would suggest leading with your Celebi, or more preferably, your Salamence.

The thing is that I don't think you should have a Choice Band Salamence as it makes all your physical sweepers locked into an attack. This will allow your opponent to scout you way too easily. Another problem is also having to switch a lot. Without a spinner for support. Spikes and/or SR will heavily damage Heracross and Salamence. This is why I'm suggesting using BulkyMence over BandMence. Though not having the ability to hit as hard, BulkyMence can survive longer and still come in for a late-game sweep after 1 or 2 Dragon Dances.

Celebi is also a nice lead. With the ability to cripple, set up and take hits it certainly isn't a bad lead, although pursuiters hurt it greatly. If you do, however, use Celebi as a lead, U-Turn would be a nice addition. Maxing out Def is also crucial.

Oh wow, ridiculously owned by SubCMJirachi. The only way I can see around this without changing the team too much is like, replace Heracross with CBTar, who hits even harder, albeit slower. The Sandstorm could probably help you out, and with Wish support, it'll stay healthy well enough.
