The Exeggutor set is really nice because it helps pivoting around Swampert, Starmie, Zapdos, and Moltres.
Knock off Hariyama is to act as a secondary answer to Tyranitar, the best Pokemon in the tier.
The Jirachi Set is there to act as a setup sweeper and weather clear support for the rest of the team.
Choice Band Flygon acts as an excellent cleaner.
