Hey guys this is my first RMT and i tried out this team and wanted to post it on here. I think im ok at building teams but i decided to see what everyone thinks. Fell free to post any suggestions. And without further ado here is my team.

Politoed@ choice scarf
nature;timid
ability;drizzle
evs; 252sp atk/252 spe/6hp
-focus blast
-surf
-ice beam
-psychic

This is obviously my lead politoad who sets up rain and destroys other leads before they can attack. Enough said.

Latios@ Life orb
nature;timid
ability;levitate
evs 252sp atk/252 spe/6hp
-calm mind
-recover
-ice beam
-dragon pulse

This can easily set up a few calm minds with prediction and recover off life orb/other damage and kills alot of things at +1 +1. Latios has great special bulk, special attack, and speed and after a calm mind or two this thing wont go down very easily. i know he isnt abusing rain at all so im probably gonna change ice beam to surf for the extra power, but i do like to take out grass types more than fire types.

Rotom Wash@ leftovers
nature; modest
ability levitate
evs; 252hp/252sp atk/6spe
-thunder
-hydro pump
-pain split
-will-o-wisp

This abuses rain much more compared to latios. I take advantage of 100% accurate thunder here and the doubled power of hydro pump in rain.
pain split is to recover hp and damage things at the same time. Will-o-wisp
is for attackers that try to set up on me or choice banders.

Toxicroak@Black sludge
nature; adamant
ability; dry skin
evs; 244hp/252atk/12spdef
-bulk up
-substitute
-drain punch
-sucker punch

This thing is amazing in rain. Dry skin and black sludge give me almost enough hp to make a sub, so i will almost always have up a sub. bulk up brings my attack up to insane levels and defence up to a point where he will not go down basically whenever he has a sub. drain punch has nice power and makes it so that my hp will always stay in the green. sucker punch is amazing once toxikroak has up some bulk ups. it destroys any psychic types coming in to ruin my sweep.

weavile@choice band
nature; jolly
ability; pressure
evs; 252atk/252spe/4hp
-ice shard
-low kick
-night slash
-pursuit

This is a pokemon that i have never seen anyone else use besides me. Ice shard really destroys any dragon dancers and other ground types *coughGLISCORcoughcoughLANDORUScough*. low kick is better than brick break most of the time. Pursuit is for when i predict a switching pokemon and night slash is for when i dont predict a switch. both of them work well. this is pretty standard for weavile.

Scizor@life orb
nature; adamant
ability;technician
evs; 252atk/128def/128spdef
-bullet punch
-u-turn
-superpower
-swords dance

this is a great pokemon. i switch it in,swords dance on the enemy's switch, and wreck havoc on their team. this pokemon is so good in rain. Bullet punch is powerful after technician and STAB,plus its priority as an added bonus. u-turn is for getting out of tight situations. Superpower doesnt get technician, but its still amazing. swords dance is... swords dance.

please tell me how to put pictures in this.
When rating my team please suggest anything you can.
i have tested this team and it seems to work well but it is weak to reuniclus.
my pokemon arent very defensive so if you have any suggestions to replace any feel free to say that.
THANK YOU FOR LOOKING AT THIS :)

I've been experimenting with rain since I started laddering some weeks ago, and have used all the Pokemon on your team besides Weavile, I'm happy to give what advice I can.

@Politoed: I'm not a fan of offensive Politoed because when doing weather wars, they need all the survivability they can get (the key to winning these in my experience is just outlasting the other inducer) but if it works, keep it. I've been unpleasantly surprised a few times by offensive Specs/Scarf Politoed. Might want to try Hydro Pump over Surf as Politoed's SpA is pretty mediocre.

@Latios: I love both Latios and Latias with CM. Ice Beam with Dragon Pulse is relatively redundant (you already hit Dragon-types with DP) so I would switch to Surf for pseudo-STAB. Also, if you're using Recover instead of a third attack, consider Latias instead - her extra bulk makes her a good choice if you're going to aim for a recovery/bulky sweeper.

@Rotom-W: Nothing to say, that set looks good, I hate having to face Rotom when I'm using my rain team.

@Toxicroak: Started with it on my first rain team, still have it now, it's awesome and I love it. A lot of people prefer Sucker Punch, but consider Payback, as you can Sub on the switch and nail the opposing Psychic/Ghost anyway as it breaks your Sub. Priority is awesome, but smarter players will expect Sucker Punch and might try to set up alongside you with something that you can't kill with Drain Punch. Both ways have their benefits so it's your choice.

@Weavile: I've never been a fan - I suggest Mamoswine, which also gives you STAB Ice Shard and also has an incredibly powerful STAB EQ. Not only that, your team lacks an Electric immunity, so Mamoswine will be very useful against opposing rain teams spamming Thunder. Latios, Politoed, and Rotom all cover its Fire and Water weaknesses, Toxicroak is immune to Water and can also take Fighting attacks aimed at Mamoswine. Stick a band on it, if you want, or go with LO and put Stealth Rock on it, which can help a lot.

@Scizor: I used this set:

- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite / Superpower
- Roost
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Atk / 216 SpD

for the longest time, and it worked excellently. Roost works well, because a lot of opponents who want to wear Scizor down but can't do 50% to it can be beaten by Roost + SD. I can see that you'd want Superpower for Blissey and Heatran though. Whether or not you change the moves, I'd change the EVs to the above, because giving it more SpDef EVs allows Scizor to survive some weaker HP Fires/Flamethrowers in the rain.

Good luck, I'll be happy to help if you have any questions / etc. :)

Alright thanks im gonna try this out sometime

Plus i just dont like Latias :P
