My OU rain team

Now I know this is a WEATHER team and most wouldn't want to rate it but let's all admit it. Weather is the most dominant force in OU. So this is my team.

Politoed (M) @ Choice Specs (Special wall) Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hydro Pump
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast
k this set is pretty self explanatory. To hit really hard!Focus Blast is for ferrothorn's and ice beam is for those annoying dragonites. Hidden power grass is to take on opposing water types that try to wall me. Finally Hydro Pump is my main attacking move(double stab + 120bp=pwnage)

Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf (Special sweeper)

Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hydro Pump
- Thunder
- Trick
- Hidden Power [Grass]
If your wondering why i didn't scarf politoed and scarf this thing. The answer is simple - Gyarados. If it gets up one dragon dance. it's gonna be really hard to take on but if i switch out to rotom i can outspeed it and ko with thunder.

Azumarill (M) @ Choice Band (Physical sweeper)

Trait: Huge Power
EVs: 212 HP / 252 Atk / 44 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Waterfall
- Aqua Jet
- Superpower
- Ice Punch
So this pokes ability makes it a monster. it is the best physical sweeper in the rain with aqua jet easily OHKO'ing any fire type. Ice Punch is to take on dragon types like Dragonite who would otherwise wall this set. Superpower is for ferrothorn and other water types.

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers (Physical sweeper)

Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Punch
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
Now swampert in OU is weird, simply because of ferrothorn. Now, I needed a ground type since my team is weak to electric. I need something to totally stop those pests. Hidden power grass is rarely seen on electric types therefore swampert makes for a great counter. Ice punch is for dragon types. waterfall and earthquake are for stab.

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers (Physical Wall)

Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
The only steel type on my team. It's physically defensive and has spikes so that it has something to do while walling others. Whirlwind is for racking up damage and walling physical sweepers and sometimes even special sweepers. He also resists grass to cover up my weakness. Brave Bird is there in case i get taunted.

Tornadus (M) @ Life Orb (Special Sweeper)

Trait: Prankster
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Taunt
- Hurricane
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Ice]
The strongest sweeper in this team. Timid is there for outspeeding Latios and Latias. Hurricane wrecks everything. Focus Blast is for those steel type pokemon and Hidden Power ice is to take care of dragon types

Atm Hidden Power Grass zapdos looks like a huge problem for me. Hopefully someone can help

This is a neat team, but it holds a weakness to some very common OU Pokemon, namely Celebi, Ferrothorn, and opposing Rotom-W. You've also noted that HP Grass Zapdos has a field day with your team. No problem. The changes are simple, as Bulky Gastrodon will make a great fix for the team over Swampert, helping with the Electric-Type and occasional Water-Type onslaughts aimed at your team. Try replacing your Tornadus with a Ferrothorn, as it's ability to beat out Zapdos in the rain thanks to Leech Seed and Stealth Rock will really support your team. You have enough Special Attack in the forms of Politoed, Rotom-W, and Gastrodon anyways. Having so many Water-Types on the same team isn't really doing you any favours, as most people will just check you with their Grass and Electric-Type Pokemon. In replacement of Azumaril, try a SD Lucario to provide some much needed Physical Offense. Because Lucario and Ferrothorn add 2 more Steel Types, try replacing Skarmory with Gliscor if you're worried about Magnezone. It acts much the same, and can act as a status buffer for your team, except you'll lose out on Spikes and the ability to phaze Pokemon.

TL;DR Version
Code:
Gastroton > Swampert
Ferrothorn > Tornadus
Lucario > Azumaril
Gliscor > Skarmory

Sets
Code:
Gastrodon@Leftovers

Relaxed Nature
252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
0 Spe IVs
-Stealth Rock

-Gyro Ball
-Power Whip

Lucario@Life Orb
Inner Focus
Jolly Nature
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

-Ice Punch
-Close Combat

Gliscor@Toxic Orb

Impish Nature
252 HP / 184 Def / 72 Spe

I hope these changes help with your team!

Hi there, as you mentioned, you have an Electric type weakness. However, I don't think you necessaritly need to add another immunity or resist; rather, I think you should change out your Azumarril for a Dragon Dance Scrafty. First of all, Azu has Choice Band, which really makes its sweeping hard. Scrafty, after one easy DD, has great Speed, which i find crucial in your case (otherwise you would use Lucario) decent bulk, and strong attacks. It has the ability to threaten SS teams as well: while Azu can do this, it will be locked and the opponent can bring in an unfavorable match-up. I would always use 252 Jolly to outspeed unboosted 111s and slower, though 252 Atk or adding more bulk is your preference. As for moves, I find Dragon Dance, Hi Jump Kick, Crunch, and Ice Punch most effective. This set has the benefit of attaining better coverage than CB Azu as well (you can hit Jellicent!!) other than that, good luck!
