this is my first RMT on this site, i'm pretty n00bish at team making so any help will be - typically - helpful

attacks-
surf
ice beam/flash cannon
stealth rock
aqua jet/flash cannon
right, so this is my lead. of course it has stealth rock to set up, surf for a powerful stab and has a higher chance of hitting rather than hydro pump, ice beam, for chance of freeze plus it has good power too, and aqua jet. because it gets priority if its about to die. flash cannon is a stab alternative just in case ice beam or aqua jet fails. the item leftovers allows it to heal because its rather bulky and can take some hits, but focus sash is the alternative because there is a chance that the opponents lead has super effective moves that could kill me in one shot.

Attacks-
curse
protect
moonlight
payback
this is a curse-eon but i also changed it a little considering it needs more defence. curse to power up and raise defences, payback for a stab attack. curse also lowers speed which is essential for it to double its power. protect to regain more health with leftovers. and moonlight to regain half its hp. this is instead of wish because it heals instantly and if its going against a sunny day team its even more useful plus ive already got two other wish users. it's rather basic but rather powerful too, its reasonable defences also makes it very formidable.

attacks-
will-o-wisp
psychic
focus blast/protect
wish
this is a support gardevoir. i chose this because its special defence and special attack are very high and can help emensely. will-o-wisp is for physical sweepers mainly, because burn cuts attack in half. psychic for an awesome stab. focus blast because of its high super effective range and high power regardless if it misses, (it is similar to hydro pump but gardevoir doesn't learn any fire moves besides will-o-wisp). and wish to support itself and the pokemon i switch in afterwards. portect is an alternative of focus blast because then if i use wish for gardevoir and it survives the opponents move then i can protect for a 100% chance of it working.

attacks-
thunder wave
headbutt

roost
now the next three serene grace pokemon are para-flinchers. dunsparce, being one of the few serene gracers was a choice i made. thunder wave to parlyze and slow down the opponent so that i can out run it and hope for para-hax. headbutt for stab and it has the same function as rock slide, to contiuously hope for flinch. and roost to heal if its hp gets too low. all of my para-flinchers have some kind of healing move.

thunder wave
wish
iron head
zen headbutt
jirachi is my second para-flincher so its moves are pretty self explanitory. thunder wave for para-hax, wish to heal and suppot, and iron head and zen headbutt for a stabbing flinch attack. its got more speed than the others to pull off a thunder wve before the opponent attacks. it also has a higher base speed than the others anyway.

attacks-
thunder wave
aura sphere
air slash
soft boiled
my final para-flincher. now it learns soft boiled via fire red/leaf green which comes in real handy instead of roost so that it can keep its resistance to ground moves. now the kings rock was chosen because it affects both aura sphere (for always hit and high super effective pool) and air slash (for stab flinch). and the para-flincher trade mark thunder wave for para-hax.
so thats my team! :)
The slashes are for personal input as to which i should go for
all other suggestions are appreciated as well.
please just give me some help with this team
