Jolteon is my starter. I open up with Agility and then Baton Pass to Golurk, Slowbro, or Charizard. If Jolteon is Taunted, Thunderbolt or Shadow Ball can keep him useful until the Taunt wears off. If the opponent opens with a Ground type (especially Hippowdon and Sand Stream), I can switch Charizard in to dodge the Ground attack and then pull a Sunny Day/Solarbeam combo. Jolteon's main purpose, however, is to counter Taunting Aerodactyl or Hazing Crobats.
Slowbro would be my first choice to Baton Pass too, due to his high defenses and the priority Calm Mind and Slack Off would gain. My second choice is Charizard, because of the boost Sunny Day and Blaze can give to his Flamethrower. Finally, there is Golurk, who can either throw Substitute then Focus Punch everything or just spam Earthquake. He also serves to block Rapid Spinners. Shadow Punch is specifically for Psychic and Ghost sweepers like Alakazam and Gengar.
Forretress is to deal with Dancers and to Rapid Spin hazards. I chose Explosion over Toxic Spikes because Toxic Spikes are really easy to get rid of, and since Dancers never have defense buffs Explosion can typically OHKO them. Though since it doesn't halve Defense anymore I'm open to changing that. I'm thinking Stealth Rock or Payback. Gyro Ball can also be resisted by a lot of thing, so we might need to change that too.
Haxorus is supposed to be my Easy Button. Let my opponent wear themselves out on my other team members, then throw him in and start Dragon Dancing. He's also my answer to other Baton Passing teams.
Threat list. A Hazer would screw my team over pretty well, especially if Jolteon or Charizard were knocked out. Which wouldn't be hard. A persistent Sand Streamer could also pose a problem, since Sunny Day only has about 5 uses on one Pokemon. Also, a team with multiple Baton Passers could pose a problem as well, especially if they're like a friend of mine has and serve to power up a Tyranitar.
I am aware Charizard and Slowbro are UU bracket, but they fit the needs I was looking for. Which was, a Special-attacking Water type that could take loads of damage while buffing itself, and a Special-attacking Fire type that could counter almost anything. Charizard also has the benefit of being immune to highly-offensive Ground attacks and being able to resist high-powered Grass attacks (like, say, from Calm-Minding Celebi or Quiver-Dancing Lilligant). Slowbro, however, has a pretty high amount of weaknesses to counter his defensive abilities, so I'm open to replacing him.
