My OU Team

Gliscor (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP/6 Atk/252 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
- Taunt

Glsicor is here for a bit of support and a lot of physical walling. Taunt wipes the floor with Blissey and other stalls like Foretress and Skarmory, which allows a switch out to one of my four sweepers or Cresselia to inflict paralysis to cripple them even more. Roost alows Gliscor to recover damage taken from sweepers. The other moves explain themselves.

Cresselia (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/104 Def/154 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Thunder Wave
- Moonlight
- Reflect

Cresselia is my support numper two. Thunder Wave is for crippling sweepers that are faster than mine, which proves to work well. Reflect and Light Screen are to reduce the damage done to my sweepers, allowing them to sweep for longer. And Moonlight is just there to keep Cresselia alive.

Breloom (M) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 46 HP/252 Atk/212 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Focus Punch
- Seed Bomb
- Substitute
- Spore

Breloom is here for defence against Dark types, especially the feared Tyranitar. With a Focus Punch, Breloom could take down almost anything, and the opponent would be asleep at the same time. Seed Bomb is there if the opponent decides to absorb Focus Punches with a Slowbro or Slowking.

Gengar (F) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic

Ok here we have the favourite on my team. Gengar, with a HUGE amount of Speed and Special attack, can outrun and wipe out almost everything. Focus Blast is there for some Dark coverage, and some coverage against Tyranitar and Weavile.

Weavile (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 42 HP/252 Atk/216 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Ice Shard
- Night Slash
- Brick Break
- Aerial Ace

This little sucker has incredibly high speed so it can possibly outrun speedy threats like Aeordactyl and Azelf. His moveset here is designed for type coverage. He can take down Tyranitar, Heracross, and Garchomp, huge theats in Compeditive Battling.

Porygon-Z @ Life Orb
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Tri Attack
- Thunderbolt
- Dark Pulse
- Nasty Plot
And here is the jewel of my team, Porygon-Z. This guy would be used to take out Pokemon late game, because usually they'd be asleep from Breloom or paralysed by Cresselia. Nasty Plot while they're asleep and when they wake up, Porygon-Z would have dealed with them already.

A Swords Dance/Focus Sash Weavile 6-0es your entire team, so you may want to find something to deal with that. I would replace one of your sweepers with a Bronzong, because not only does it give you a Weavile counter but something to switch into Garchomp. Another pokemon that 6-0's you is Dragon Dance/Taunt Gyarados. I suggest replacing Reflect/Thunder Wave with Charge Beam/HP Electric on Cresselia, or switching out a sweeper for a bulky water with HP Electric such as Vaporeon. The reason I have not suggested pokemon for you to switch out for is that I have not had as much experience with your sweepers as yourself, so I trust you to remove the 2 that do the least for you.

Overall, good team, but has a little room for improvement.
A Gyarados with even just one Dragon Dance under its belt gives you issues. To rectify this to some degree you might consider replacing Reflect or Thunderwave on Cresselia with Charge Beam. You could also replace Cresselia with a bulky water like Slowbro or Vaporeon who both have access to HP Electric as well as some interesting support moves. Also you don't fare particularly well against a Mamoswine. The only guy here that can take on Mamoswine's attacks well is Cresselia and once she's in can't do much to Mamoswine. Also speaking of frail Ice types that also carry Choice Band Ice Shard, Weavile gives you issues. Not even Cresselia can safely come in on Weavile because she should be fearing Pursuit. You should consider replacing either Gengar or Porygon-Z for Bronzong. With Levitate he is immune to Mamoswine's Earthquake and Weavile can't do much to Zong period and you can kill them off with STAB Gyro Balls. He could also be advantageous because a lot of players may be tempted to Thunder Wave one of your many frail sweepers (Weavile, Porygon-Z, Gengar) who's speed is incredibly important to them so Bronzong can come in, take the paralysis, and get a boost to his Gyro Ball's power. Also, speaking of Bronzong, you have nothing that can come into him and kill him off without taking a more than good amount of damage. This is a problem in my opinion. This only furthers my belief that you should replace Cresselia with a bulky water, especially consider Slowbro who takes virtually nothing from Gyro Ball and can either Calm Mind or kill off Bronzong with repeated hits from Surf. Choice Scarf Heatran could be a bit of an issue as well (especially if it has HP Ice to deal with dragons and by extension Gliscor). This further leads back to my conclusion that you need a bulky water on this team. These are the main guys I can think of that give this team trouble. Also, while a lot of these guys aren't Stealth Rock weak I always like to have a Rapid Spinner on board, as well as a psuedo-hazer to prevent someone from setting up, so you might consider fitting in a Spinner or Hazer onto the team.

Gliscor: Good except I don't like a lead that essentially gets shut down by such common leads as Gyarados and Salamence. Stone Edge possibly? Although I can't think of where you would fit it.

Cresselia: You need Charge Beam for Gyarados, although I think you should replace her with a bulky water like Slowbro/Vaporeon/Suicune. Very defensive EVs, although you might want to consider some special attack EVs.

Breloom: It's Breloom, not much to say.

Gengar: Obviously Choice Specs Gengar will do a lot of damage to anything but I feel Gengar might be better suited for a Choice Scarf, although I suppose Choice Specs works. I'm not quite sure what Psychic is doing here. With Choice Specs attached Psychic leaves you even more vulnerable to easy revenge kills from Weavile and Tyranitar. I'd replace Psychic with something like HP Ice or Explosion or (although it's more situational than the previous two) HP Fire.

Weavile: A Weavile without Pursuit? To me if you aren't running a Sword Dance variant of Weavile than it's obligatory that you carry Pursuit. Replace either Aerial Ace or Night Slash for Pursuit as Weavile loves to revenge kill tthose frail Psychic/Ghost sweepers.

Porygon-Z: I personally find Pory-Z a little slow, but he's usable none-the-less.

Good team but you have some holes you might want to patch up.
