My OU team

EDIT:Sorry bout' the topic this is realy my STANDARD TEAM even though i have all OU pokemon -_-...ANYWAYS.........

ok so this is one of my many teams that i have made but is on a losing streak atm and i just want to know what i should change....

At the glance: Weavile , Porygon Z , Kingdra , Scizor , Dusknoir , T-tar

The Lead
thumbnail.aspx

Weavile @ Focas Sash
Ability: Pressure
EV's: 4 hp,252 atk 252 speed
-Fake Out
-Counter
-Nightslash
-Taunt
(Hasty Nature)
Ok well they story on Weavile is pretty simple i tested a ton of leads/anti-leads before and found that a fake-out lead was amazing so i tested a few and found weavile to be the most usefull with counter..

The Special sweeper..
thumbnail.aspx

PorygonZ @ Choice scarf
Ability: Download
Ev's: 4 def /252 spA/ 252 speed
-Tri Atk
-Thunder bolt
-Ice beam
- Hidden Power Fighting
(Modest Natured)
Well this is a strange story with porygon Z.. i was with my old team and it lacked a special sweeper so thats when I started using it and it is amazing, i love this ugly duck -.^~.

The Dragon Dance sweeper...
thumbnail.aspx

Kingdra @ Leftovers
Ability: Sniper
Ev's: 4 hp 252 atk 252 speed
-Yawn
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-WaterFall
(Adamant Nature)
Well in this case i used to have a gyarados instead but later used a kingdra ( i forgot why but i did) anyways it has been good but i dont know if i should put back gyarados or something different x.x;

The Choice Banded poke'
thumbnail.aspx

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
Ev's: 248 hp/ 252 atk / 8 speed
-U-Turn
-Bullet Punch
-Brick Break
-Pursuit
(adamant nature)
Scizor i have used a long time and i mainly it as a pursuit'er sometims bulletpunch is usefull and U-Turn for celebi but pursuit is what i mainly use it for..... If I should change it then i dont mind so much o-o;.

The Wall/Tank
thumbnail.aspx

Dusknoir @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
Ev's: 252 hp, 28 atk, 228 def
-Pain Split
-Wil-o-wisp
-Shadow Sneak
- Fire Punch
( impish nature )
hm.With Dusknoir I lacked a wall and wanted one to also be offensive so thats why i chose it. Painsplit/Shadow Sneak Combo is extreamly effectiv and helpful... anyways it is a good pokemon to have and thats pretty much it.. Wil-o-wisp is for pokemon like t-tar and salamence where Fire Punch wont help....yeah thats pretty much it, lol..

The Physical Tank o_o
thumbnail.aspx

Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
Ev's: 6 hp, 252 atk, 252 speed
-Crunch
-Stone Edge
-EarthQuake
-DragonDance
( Adamant Natured)
Well i like t-tar alot... it is just so epic...anyways after a Dragon Dance This thing Kills anything in sight...anyways i would change it if needed..

TEAM PROGRESS:

1. Scizor , Tyranitar

I wanted a solid force and picked these to things...

2. Weavile, Scizor, Tyranitar

I wanted to find a good anti-lead and came up with this..

3. Weavile, Kingdra , Scizor, Tyranitar

I wanted a good bulky dragon dancer and picked Kingdra..

4. Weavile, Porygon Z,Kingdra , Scizor ,Dusknoir , Tyranitar

I saw i needed a Special Sweeper and a Wall and came up with Dusknoir and Porygon Z

At a glance, you're weak as fuck to Lucario. Let's do a few changes to slowly fix that. Actually it's 5:30 AM, just replace Dusknoir with Rotom and Kingdra with Gyarados. You get the same usage, the same purposes, but more useful abilities and moves.

ok ill go back to gyarados, any thing i should make sure gyarados has,any important ev's (im probibly going to replace it for a bulkygyara)..

Rotom: any rotom form or just rotom o-o?

Firstly, I dont think I need to explain why Jolly (+spd,-SpA) is better than hasty (+spd,-def), so definitely use jolly. Even if its not made to be bulky, why not.

You should almost always use a rotom appliance, because they have better stats. And probably a rotom-H, for over heat, which can beat steel types.

..... OK well im not going to jolly, Hasty is better for Weavile since it has the move Counter. You want to inflict the most dammage back to the opposing Lead. I mostly realized that the opponent switches there Lead azelf for a scizor and use Bullet punch, this will activate the sash and OHKO it.

Okay, I have alot to say here.

First, we'll cover the basics. I plugged this into Team Builder and I've found:

You have Zero Weaknesses to:
• Ground
• Electric
• Rock

This means that you will be destroyed by special sweepers who carry t-bolt or HP Electric (most of them do) who are typically very fast, and almost every physical sweeper, as most run Earthquake and/or Stone Edge.

To fix this you need something that resists rock and ground. Best option:

Bronzong - Sassy - Levitate @ Light Clay
252 HP / 152 Atk / 8 Def / 96 SpD
Reflect
Light Screen
Gyro Ball
Explosion / Earthquake

I absolutely love this thing. Its a beast. This takes care of your gaping ground and rock weakness and can really take a few hits, while setting up Screens for you. This will help to cover your weaknesses and lengthen the overall survivability of your team. There is very little that can take this down. I suggest replacing this with your Tyranitar, because Tyranitar is hurting your team with Sandstorm, and really is outclassed by Bronzong.

The Electric weakness:
Rotom - S @ leftovers
Modest
252 HP / 40 SP.A / 216 SPE
Discharge
Confuse Ray
Air Slash
Shadow Ball

Replace Dusknoir with this. It will easily handle your electric weakness and is awesome at haxing. Paralyze and/or confuse your enemy, then air slash away! When your opponent keeps hitting themselves, not moving, or flinching, you'll have a much easier time, while gaining leftovers recovery. It uses stall, but it has a great offensive capability too.

On your Weavile:
Jolly should definitely be used over hasty, and Ice punch over Counter.

On Kingdra:
Definitely Swift Swim. Take advantage if your opponent is using a rain team. You may even drop yawn for Rain Dance.

rawrcray0nz seems to be one good rater, I think you should listen to him. Also, I'd like to add one thing. (I'll maybe do a compleate rate tomorrow).

I'm thinking a bit about your lead. Weavile is a lead for generally very offensive teams, and I don't think yours is really offenisve enought to handle this.
Therefore, I would recommend that you use the Bronzong that rawrcray0nz suggested, but replacing Explotion with Stealh Rock. This is because it does solve your problem with standing against Rock And Ground, witch are deadly to your team, while it also provides you with a better fitting lead. In case you don't know, you will want Bronzong to stick around for a while so that it can counter the Rock and Grounds later on, so Explotion isn't a good choice. Also, make Bronzong's Speed IV's 1. Why? Becuase Gyro Ball will benefit from a lower speed, while one IV allows you to outspeed other Bronzong leads and not weakening Gyro Balls power so much that it at all matters.
