My Pre-Pokebank Gen6 Team

Heya, I'm really new to competitive pokemon (been lurking smogon for ages, but never really took part) so I really want to hear what you guys think of this team!
This is my team that I am using in pokemon X currently, and I am looking for any suggestions for changes to movesets, or even pokemon and any problems I may encounter while using this team.

Azumarill @ Lum Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Attack / less than 100 speed / rest in hp (I forgot exact numbers)
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Aqua Jet
- Play Rough
- Superpower

I really want to use azumarill in this team, and the belly drum set is the epitome of high risk high reward play, and I absolutely love it. I obviously have to be extremely careful about when I bring this in, but if I get set up, a sweep can be TOO easy. Lum berry lets me avoid and/or set up on status when the opponent tries to cripple me.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 Hp /200 Def / 56 SpDef
0 Speed IVs
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock (?)
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
- Gyro Ball

Ferrothorn has great defensive synergy with azumarill, both resist eachother's weaknesses, and ferrothorn can generally deal with any pokemon that azumarill has trouble with. I have the possibility to switch to spikes, as I bred both as egg moves, so if someone could please clarify which option for the first move is more optimal I would appreciate it.

Galvantula @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 Hp / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Sticky Web
- Volt Switch
- Bug Buzz
- Energy Ball (?)

This will generally be my lead pokemon on this team, to set up sticky web straight away. I am aware that this doesn't help ferrothorn's gyro ball, but other pokemon on the team appreciate it a lot. I am unsure about what to use for the last moveslot on this poke, as energy ball seems good for coverage (that's what I use now) but I seldom ever use it, and I feel the slot could be put to better use.

Dragonite @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Wonderscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 Hp
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch

Oh yes, I'm THAT guy, weakness policy dragonite just seems too good to be true, and this thing can generally sweep under the conditions that azumarill couldn't, and obviously, with it's ability in tact can take a super effective attack and hit back like a freaking truck. Fire punch was chosen over thunder punch because I have no fire types on the team and could use the coverage.

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 Hp / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Will-o-Wisp
- Wish
- Moonblast
- Shadow Ball

This set is completely up in the air, I wanted a mega pokemon, I wanted a special attacker, I wanted wish support and I wanted Will-o-Wisp (fell in love with it in gen 5 <3). This is what I came up with. This set is a bit all over the place, and I am willing to completely re-do both evs and moveset if it comes to it. I feel like investment in HP would be better, in order to give bigger wishes and take hits, and the last two moves are just for the best neutral coverage I can get with two moves for gardevoir (as far as I can tell). I don't want gardevoir to be entirely defensive however, I would like to retain some offensive capabilities as well as being support.

EDIT: I have realised that gardevoir is kinda outclassed as a wish support, as it has a really low hp stat. Decided to go with calm mind instead for now, and will probably replace gardevoir soon.

Zoroark @ Life Orb
Ability: Illusion
EVs: 200 Atk / 152 SpAtk / 156 Spd (estimated, I cant remember :3)
Naive Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Flamethrower
- Focus Blast
- Taunt

A bit of a filler pokemon, useful for luring and destroying counters to whatever pokemon I decide has the best chance of sweeping in team preview (Azumarill or Dragonite mainly). Taunt because I wanted to shut down pokemon like klefki who have ruined my day in the past. I will often lead with this rather than Galvantula to start the deception from turn one >:D With sticky web around, this thing is also my revenge killer, I feel like Zoroark is a multitool that doesn't really do any job exceptionally well, but I am enjoying using it nonetheless.

Overall, Gardevoir is a mess that I need help sorting, and I don't have a spinner (I'm told having one is pretty essential, and I feel bad not having one for dragonite's sake especially). All comments and criticisms are welcome, and I would love to hear everyone's opinion on this (even if you are completely new like me :/)

I recommend removing Gardevoir as it doesn't really do anything for your team. It has poor defense and HP, making it pretty frail and a bad wish user. There are better support pokemon like blissey, klefki(if you need a fairy), skarmory, shuckle, sableye, etc. that fill certain roles. On dragonite, run Agility because it is far superior to dragon dance. Dragon dance only allows it to be able to KO some scizor variants, gastrodon, and other pokemon that aren't seen in OU. Agility allows you to speed HP ice jolteon, aerodactyl, genesect, and greninja, which all threaten to cut your sweep short. Gliscor is a good defog user to take care of stealth rocks breaking your multiscale. There are also superior sticky web users, like shuckle.

Hmm gliscor definately seems like it would be a good replacement for gardevoir once I can get my hands on one with poison heal, but doesn't defog also remove your own hazards? Shuckle is definitely more reliable as a dedicated sticky-web user, but I can also use galvantula to take chunks out of my opponent's health, whereas shuckle seems so full of gimmicks, and not all that useful without several turns of setup. Agility also looks good, i'll have to think about that one, as the main benefit of dragon dance is that it allows me to setup several boosts thanks to multiscale, whereas agility seems like it is only worth using once, after which you outspeed almost everything anyway. But maybe if it's only possible to get one boost, agility would be the superior option, I'll look into it.

With 252 into Spe (which I assume is what OP meant since 252 SpD on Garchomp doesn't make sense), +1 Dragonite outspeeds every single one of the threats you mentioned even with full Spe and positive nature. No way is Agility "far superior" to Dragon Dance.

Shuckle gets countered by any taunt user whereas Galvantula outspeeds most other leads.
