Trevenant @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 116 Spd / 140 Def
Impish Nature
- Curse
- Shadow Claw
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
A sturdy spinblocker, which can also stall somewhat with leech seed, curse, and substitute. Also, it is a great anti-Excadrill, because Excadrill has a hard time getting through this thing.

Rotom-Wash @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Rest
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
A RestoChesto defensive Rotom, which can easily check much of the metagame. Most notably, it's a great check to Talonflame, which has been running about a lot this generation.

Deoxys-Defense @ Red Card
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Thunder Wave
A lead that can almost always set up stealth rock and at least one layer of spikes. Taunt prevents most other hazard leads from setting up, because with Deoxys-D fully invested in speed, it can outspeed many hazard leads.

Excadrill @ Assault Vest
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
IVs: 30 Def / 30 SAtk / 30 SDef / 30 Spd
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Iron Head
A great surprise to many opponents, assault vest Excadrill can tank many weaker special moves, and then retaliate. It takes out Rotom-W semi-reliably, surviving both Hydro pump and Scald and then OHKO
back with earthquake, as long as it isn't burned.
Talonflame
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Acrobatics
- Flare Blitz
- Swords Dance
- Roost
A setup sweeper, this set trades speed for longevity. It may be out-sped by other talonflames, but it will always survive and will KO back with acrobatics.

Lucario @ Lucarionite
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Aura Sphere
- Nasty Plot
- Vacuum Wave
- Flash Cannon
Specially-based setup sweeper. This set almost always is able to take out at least one of the opponents Pokemon. After a nasty plot boost, only a few Pokemon can stand in its way.

The descriptions are too short. If a mod sees this, they will close this.
Also, it helps if you have images so we can get a visual image of team synergy.
This team looks pretty standard, but I'd replace ChestoRest on Rotom with Pain Spit. It's not as reliable of a recovery, but it's good to do damage to an opponent while healing yourself. This thing can even stall out Blissey!

Hello.
Your descriptions are too short to fit the RMT rules requirements.
I encourage you to PM me an updated version of this team with beefed up descriptions, and since you're new, to join the Mentor Program. I'll be unlocking this thread after that.

Have a nice day.
