Okay that’s my team, help me if you like, im okay with all your guy’s advice.

Threat list:

Tyranitar: I hope to switch in Lucario from Uxie, (so maybe no EQs) and kill it w/ infight, Gliscor can do some damage to it also I believe. Dragonite kills it w/ EQ?

Gyarados: Uxie holds off Gyarados w/ some good defense and can Tbolt it in return.

Infernape: Starmie's faster and his Surf OHKO's it.

Swampert: Starmie can use Grass rope.

Azelf: Blissey can hold it off? Lucario can use shadowball also.

Heracross: Gliscor can take a hit from Heracross and kill it w/ Aerial Ace

Salamence: Gliscor and Blissey can icebeam/icefang it?? Lucarios dragonpulse maybe, or dragonite's outrage.

Gengar: Lucario can use either Stone Edge or Shadowball and Uxie can use psychic I guess.

Garchomp: Gliscor uses icefang and Dragonite can outrage.

I really doubt that Gliscor, even with his awesome defense, is going to last long agsint Gyarados, what with STAB 2x Waterfall, 4x Ice Fang, and the fact Gliscor can't do shit to Gyara.

Also, (to anyone with more experience) wouldn't Starmie be more effective with AG and going Ice Beam/Surf/Thunderbolt/Grass Rope?

Well, Starmie can do just fine without Choice Glasses, and in fact it's the way to go sometimes since it has flexibility then. I'm not too sure about Recover in this offensive-seeming metagame, but for Starmie to take on Gyarados well Choice Glasses are dubious since Gyarados can switch in against three of its four attacks without taking too much damage.

Gliscor has trouble with Gyarados, Ice Fang does nearly 50% without a DD and turns into a guaranteed 2HKO once Gyarados has a DD.

For threat lists, it nice to mention what you're going to do to counter, not just who you're countering with.

I think you're overestimating Lucario a little bit, 70/70/70 is not defensive at all, even with the steel typing giving it lots of resistances. It can't come in on DDtars since EQ will KO, or standard Azelf with Flamethrower. Pulse Bomb+CM/In Fight doesn't work well together, as you'll be switching after an In Fight or 2 and CM encourges set up. Also Modest with 120 SPD evs is too slow imo at only 246 SPD.

With Uxie paralysis support and against walls like Bliss that will come out anyway, Starmie can sneak in a Recover here or there. It helps against weather and spikes damage at least.

Okay thx for the input guys. I kinda explained what I would do for the threat list and fixed up Lucario. I'm still gunna hang on to my Starmie moveset for now though, so it can take on Gyarados a lil better.

Basically, I don't get why most or some of your pokes are mixed sweepers (ex: Lucario, Dragonite). Lucario would do o.k. as a mixed sweeper, but it wouldn't have a any speed or defenses to back it up, just attack stats >330. I also don't get why Dragonite has Dragon Dance with only one phys. attack. Fire Blast is always good, but Dragonite needs at least to physical moves to go with Dragon Dance. For the fianl question not mostly a critique, but why do most of the Gliscors on RMTs carry Ice Fang? Fire Fang or Thunder Fang helps it with it's water and ice weaknesses.

But overall, you do know how to make good teams.

Also- this may not be the right place to ask this question, but it's a quick one. What does Expert Belt specifically do?

Gliscor's Fire Fang vs. Ice Pokemon (Weavile, for example) 130 BP.
Gliscor's Earthquake vs. Ice Pokemon (Weavile again) 150 BP.

Same with Earthquake/Thunder Fang against the likes of Milotic and Suicune.

That's why. A super effective hit isn't everything, you can't just ignore STAB and the BP of each move.

Life Orb Starmie is really dangerous. Jumpman calculated that the damage inflicted by most Pursuiters (particularly Metagross) combined with the recoil of Life Orb will make it very hard for Starmie to stick around. If you want all-out offense, Choice Glasses is probably the way to go.

You have Gyarados problems, but putting Thunderbolt on Uxie will make it an instant Gyarados counter.

BTW, Expert Belt increases the damage of Super Effective hits by 20%.

Okay I updated it a little bit, thx for the advice everyone! Umm, Im pretty n00b at EV spreads, can ne1 help me out wit that.

O and is Adherence Glasses the same as Choice Glasses?
