SV OU my second team (bundle banned so my snow team ded)

Chi-Yu @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Beads of Ruin
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Flamethrower
- Dark Pulse
- Overheat
- Psychic

Chi-Yu does so much damage even when the opponents have resistance- it's crazy. It gets amazing special attack and speed as well with a decent moveset. Scarf outspeeds modest dragapult, iron valiant without booster and chien pao. Dark Pulse murders ghost types and Psychic for coverage. It also kills so many Pokemon with Flamethrower/Overheat.

Glimmora @ Focus Sash
Ability: Toxic Debris
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Earth Power
- Power Gem

IMO, Glimmora is the best hazard setter of this generation. Toxic Debris is an OP ability. Sash for monsters like Chi-Yu, so you can kill them with power gem, etc. Not sure if I should replace 252 SpA with something defensive. Tera Flying for ground types. I considered running Air Balloon but ultimately decided to run Sash because Chi-Yu's psychic one taps it. I'm also not sure if I should replace Earth Power with Energy Ball for coverage against things like Great Tusk.

Gholdengo @ Choice Specs
Ability: Good as Gold
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 168 HP / 88 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Trick
- Make It Rain
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt

Lowkey the best Pokemon in OU. It blocks all hazard removal and gets an amazing special attack stat along with decent speed. Specs Gholdengo doesn't run Trick as well as Scarf Gholdengo, but it still works. Gholdengo also has a great typing and it prevents Maushold from using Population Bomb.

Kingambit @ Leftovers
Ability: Supreme Overlord
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 112 HP / 252 Atk / 144 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Kowtow Cleave
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head

Pogchamp mon, Supreme Overlord at 5 fallen is pretty much a free band without the restrictions. If you can set up swords dance at endgame, it pretty much kills everything. Kowtow Cleave + Iron Head for STAB or more damage. S Punch because basically everything outspeeds it.
Chien-Pao @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Sword of Ruin
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Ice Spinner
- Sucker Punch
- Sacred Sword
- Psychic Fangs

Chien-Pao is Weavile on steroids; it's extremely overpowered. Jolly Chien-Pao outspeeds Modest Dragapult( usually you would s punch anyways though) and +1 Spe Dragonite. S-Punch to kill anything that outspeeds Chien-Pao, Psychic Fangs and Sacred Sword for coverage and Ice Spinner for STAB and because it's more reliable than

Corviknight @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Pressure
Tera Type: Ground
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SpD
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird
- Body Press
- Roost
- Defog

Corviknight is very bulky and is the hazard remover of the team. It walls common physical attackers such as Great Tusk and Chien Pao, while chipping at them in the process. 88 SpD guarantees 2HKO from Thunderbolt from Specs Modest Gholdengo and from Iron Valiant. Tera Ground for electric types, it's just there but I usually don't use it. I'm thinking about switching out Body Press for U-Turn, what are y'all thoughts on this?

send feedback pls

Hi love the team, but the team hates dealing with strong fire and water types,so I'd recommend a bulky water, maybe rotom or dondozo Probably replacing chi yu, as OP as it is.

That will make the team lack speed control so then change the ghold set to scarf.

Chien pao doesn't really need psychic fangs so you can replace it with either ice shard or swords dance. The team also lacks an electric resist, but I don't know where to fit a ground in.

I'm not the best a rating teams but I hope this helped!

I agree with most points here but I would replace king with that bulky water type (dozo if you want to keep glimmora/ pex if you replace glimmora with tusk). King and chien pao serve very similar roles but chien pao just does it better imo. And if you need that extra power then a life orb is the way to go.

For chien pao I would switch up its moves a bit. I currently run this set on one of my teams:

Chien-Pao @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Sword of Ruin
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Crunch
- Ice Spinner
- Ice Shard
- Sacred Sword

Sucker punch is predictable but ice shard still gives you that priority

Otherwise it's a solid team; now get those dubs.

What set should I run for Toxapex and Great Tusk? If I take the suggestions into account, I have one spot left, should I keep running Chi-Yu? If so, what set?

The set you are currently using for the fish is fine and standard so I wouldn't change it. As for a tusk and pex set, I'll post what I use and you can take it from there or modify it as you see fit.

Toxapex @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic
- Haze
- Chilling Water/ liquidation
- Baneful Bunker

Great Tusk @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Rapid Spin/ stealth rocks
- Knock Off
- Headlong Rush
- Ice Spinner/ close combat

Since you already have some fast hitters it might be worth looking into a bulky tusk set but that's up to you, really.

aight, thanks

ok y'all they banned chi-yu send help
I suggest one of two things, :rotom-wash: if you want a reliable scarfer with trick, or :iron moth: if you want a powerful fire type to apply pressure to the opponent. both of these will help your team

Rotom wash scarf set

Rotom-Wash @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Fire / Fairy
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Trick
- Tera Blast

Iron moth set

Iron Moth @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Sludge Wave
- Fiery Dance
- U-turn
- Energy Ball

You can change the sets to your liking, but these are the ones I prefer.

Your team currently gets run over by fighting and ground moves, namely Tusk and Breloom. Both sets above would help to alleviate this. I would also like to throw volcarona into the mix as I have had great success using one. Especially if you can get a quiver dance or two off.

Volcarona @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 248 HP / 108 Def / 152 Spe
Timid Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Morning Sun
- Fiery Dance
- Giga Drain

You might want to play around with the tera type, though.
