okay, so here is the team.
since i have used this team, I have had significant success and brought my CRE up on the ladder. I plan on making this team on my Heart Gold game, but i want to show you guys it and ask you what you think, any changes, etc. Since making teams on games can be extremely tedious. ONWARD!
The team purpose is to annihilate all foes by brute force, stall out opposers, and set up and wreak havoc.

btw, since this team is on Shoddy battle, I do not have IV's, because they are all perfect online.
SMEARGLE
EV SPREAD- 252 SPEED, 252 HP, 4 DEFENCE
Timid, Choice Scarf
Spore - Trick - Stealth Rock - Transform
This guy i have found to be the best lead IMO. The only 2 other leads i have found to be good are WEAVILE and DRAGONITE. This SMEARGLE's purpose is to trick the opposing lead with the scarf, then use the other supporting moves. Sometimes you have to spore opposing pokemon that are going to attack you, and this SMEARGLE is useful later in the game too. Stealth Rock for obvious reasons. Transform i have found to be a great move. lots of pokemon carry moves that are super-effective to themselves, and nothing is greater than getting rid of the opponents pokemon with their own pokemon.
I have found scarf JIRACHI, MACHAMP leads, INFERNAPE, and AMBIPOM to be problems, but i have pokemon on this team to sponge their hits, although taking down machamp is a tedious task on my team.
INFERNAPE
EV SPREAD- 252 SPEED, 192 ATTACK, 64 SPECIAL ATTACK

Overheat - Stone Edge - U-turn - Close Combat
INFERNAPE was my starter in the 4th gen. games, and the only pokemon on this list that I have on my game already EV'd. It is the generic Smogon INFERNAPE so many of you have already witnessed the prowess of it. Overheat does more immediate damage than fire blast, and it can U-turn to get rid of Close Combat and Overheat residue.

EV SPREAD- 252 HP, 208 SPECIAL DEFENSE, 48 DEF

Dragon Dance - Roost - Heal Bell - Dragon Claw
DRAGONITE has and will always be my favorite pokemon. I have used many different DRAGONITE sets (including my own home-made one, but people on Smogon hate the most minor english mistake as a reason to deem your set terrible). This one has had amazing success online. The key is to find a JIRACHI or TOGEKISS, or even water types that have ice moves like SUICUNE, to start attacking you. DRAGONITE takes these hits with impunity and sets up dragon dance, while roosting and heal belling the paralysis and ice beams. then you just start attacking. This set even survives explosions from ELECTRODE and MAGNEZONE, just to name two.
LUCARIO
EV SPREAD- 252 SPEED, 252 ATTACK, 4 HP
Adamant, Muscle band
Swords Dance - Extremespeed - Close Combat - Blaze Kick
The versatile LUCARIO. I can use this at any point in the battle and get good results. I went with Muscle band for reliable attack boosts without losing damage. Expert belt wouldn't help extremespeed so I stuck with Muscle band. Also I like to follow Item Clause. Blaze Kick might seem gimmicky on LUCARIO, but the SCIZOR's I have faced don't switch out of LUCARIO.
DONPHAN
EV SPREAD- 252 ATTACK, 204 DEFENSE, 52 HP

Rapid Spin - Ice Shard - Earthquake - Assurance
This is the set I got off of Smogon. I thought the spinners in OU wouldn't be viable for this team. His earthquake hits hard and ice shard is a great move. His typing gives him great super-effective coverage for this team, as explained above. I've been speculating Rhyperior here, but then i would have to change a lot of things.
VAPOREON
EV SPREAD- 252 SPECIAL ATTACK, 200 DEFENSE, 58 HP
IV's- HIDDEN POWER ELECTRIC

Surf - Ice Beam - Hidden Power - Wish
Vaporeon is pretty powerful, and bulky too. He can take the water attacks for extra HP, and dish out some pretty powerful attacks. If I ever get the chance i can send Wish to any of my pokes for some revitalizing.
