My 'standard' team

Hundreds years ago this was a mono-bug team. After hours of playing I was out of my mind because of the fire weakness. So I gave up and added a heatran.Another hours of experiments on the sixth slot and here it is:

Ninjask@Choice Band
Adamant nature
6 HP/252 Attack/252 Speed
-U-turn
-Dig
-Night Slash
-Aerial Ace

I don't know why Smogon says that BandJask is weaker than scizor and flygon. This little ninja has 2 things at the same time which make him better:speed and fighting resistance.Speed is for faster scouting(taking hits with correct pokemon, not u-turner), and fighting resistance(coupled with ground immunity) makes Ninjask a great partner for heatran.Ninjask begs for being hit with flamethrower and delivers it to Tran. The resistances mentioned above are useful for switching Jask later in the battle to give heatran some fresh breath.

Shedinja@Focus Sash
Adamant Nature
6 HP/252 Attack/252 Speed
-Swords Dance
-X-scissors
-Shadow Sneak
-Sucker Punch

Like Ninjask, it hates skarmory, heatran and SR in general(and the ever-popular T-Tar).Except 2 priority moves(I prefer to ko T-Tar than just status it) it's the 'standard' SD sheddy. My favourite strategy is to get sheddy in WHILE opponent is setting up his SR with bulky lead(namely with swampert or metagross).SD up and we're trying sweeping...

Scizor@Choice Band
Adamant Nature
252 HP/252 Attack/6 Speed
-Bullet Punch
-U-turn
-Superpower
-Double Hit

The most common pokemon says hi!I 'invented' a strange way of using it.Namely the pair of Ninja and Scizor U-turn the enemy to hell. After each U-Turn I can also switch in anything other, but when they start U-Turning, only KO can stop them from Turning like crazy.Double Hit for subbers(mainly sub-dance Gyara).

205.png

Foretress@Lefties
Relaxed Nature
252 HP/6 Def/252 Sdef
-Rapid Spin
-Stealth Rock
-Explosion
-Pain Split

Standard Forty with Pain Split instead of EQ.PS allows Fort to spin long hours when facing hippowdon, swampert and metagross rockers(U-turn from ninjask on the first turn). It also weakens Gyara and vaporeon before exploding(Forty's explosion is my only way to destroy these two).

485.png

Heatran@Choice Scarf
Timid Nature
6 HP/252 Spe/252 Satk
-Flamethrower
-Fire Blast
-Earth Power
-Hidden Power(ice)

Standard ScarfTran with 2 Fire moves to punish annoying SubRoost Zapdos. He's the most important member of my team. When Heatran's dead, the game's over(Suicune can't eliminate fires as fast as heatran).

245.png

Suicune@Lefties
Bold Nature
252 HP/252 Def/6 Sdef
-Surf
-Rest
-Sleep talk
-Calm Mind

The RestTalk CroCune.Formerly I had ScarfCross here(both as sleep absorbers) but Cross cried against Hippowdon and other walls. Also, This is the only(barring Sheddy) water-resist pokemon in my team.

Heatran+Jolteon/Zapdos/Magnezone+any poke with EQ or water pokemon rapes your team, and this is VERY common... add more type variety, you can't rely on only one pokemon fire resistant, fire attacks are very common to have 2-4 even up to 5 times in a team, dragons almost always have flamethrower or fire blast, there's always the heatran, infernape, etc.,..
You should change either Shedinja to something else, or Ninjask to aerodactyl and at the same time forretress for Tentacruel (if you like adding spikes to the SR) or Starmie.

Gyrados plows through the team. Ninjask, shedinja, heatran, scizor, forretress, and suicune can't scratch it while it DD's. At least make Ninjask a batonpasser, scizor can do the same. Shedinja honestly doesn't work. With SR, sandstorm, spikes, you lose a member of your team and it is 5 vs. 6. Yes, tyranitar, hippodon, and SR are very common.

Shedinja and ninjask should be changed to an electric type (jolteon, rotom) and a dragon like latias or salamence would help with the fire weakness and add offense.

Please expand your descriptions for Forretress, Heatran and Suicune as currently they're not up to rule 3:
RMT rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

PM me the fixed descriptions and I'll unlock this.
