My team (again with rules readage action included)

HI i'm new here coming from PC for some battles n' whatever...so i may as well start my time here with a RMT...

Swampert@Choice Band
Adamant
252 Hp, 252 Def., 4 Atk

Waterfall
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Avalanche

My lead, i like offense so CB swampert is for me...i dont really need to pack anything into attack since CB gives him enough power to OHKO things such as TTar and also take hits from things like Heracross and Weavile when the need is to be. I like Avalanche>>Ice Punch because well it takes hits so i may as well use double the power...

Salamence@Life Orb
Rash
136 Speed, 252 Sp. Attack, 120 Attack

Fire Blast
Brick Break
Draco Meteor
Roost

Standard Mixmence...Im currently using Roost to recover from all the damage i take. I also cant figure out if i should lead with this or not...i also picked Fire Blast becuase i like dealing loads of damage and its accuracy isn't *as bad* as SE's and it's also still useful after a draco meteor. I also consider crunch to hit Cresselia harder as it personally is the #1 wall pokemon i hate most.

Starmie@Life Orb
Timid
Natural Cure
160 Hp/132 Sp. A/216 Speed

Surf
Recover
Thunderbolt
Rapid Spin

My lone Sp. Sweeper/Spinner and counter for nape and friends. I have rapin spin for toxic/normal spikes and SR which SR hits Mence, Toxic spikes hurt snorlax and swampert, and standard spikes hit metagross.

Gliscor@Leftovers
Impish
252 Hp/ 80 Attack/ 172 Def.

Earthquake
Ice Fang
Knock Off
Roost

I used to use one of these before it was meta, though i used the Jolly version. Anyway...he's here to hurt lucario and other fighting types (Besides the ones with Ice Punch...lulz...) i think Metagross and starmie cover his only weaknesses so it shouldnt be too hard to switch in-between them...it also goes opposite for gliscor's resistances against snorlax's, electric starmie, ground metagross' weaknesses.

Snorlax@Leftovers
Careful
Thick Fat
252 Hp/ 252 Sp. Def./4 Atk

Body Slam
Crunch
Rest
Sleep Talk

Special Wall...absorbs status and is my main switch in against blissey. It doesn't need EQ over the fact with Heatran is should still beat it 1 on 1 and Heatran doesn't like paralysis. Snorlax is the main reason why i have NOT packed up on special defense.

Metagross@Shuca Berry
Adamant
Clear Body
252 Hp./252 Atk/ 4 Def.

Ice Punch
Pursuit
Earthquake
Meteor Mash

I have this here because of deoxys-s mainly(which hurts my team ALOT, especially the mixed attacker), which this thing takes care thanks to pursuit + shuca berry. Very reliable...Shuca berry is if a DDanced mence or TTar are giving me troubles and honestly i just like the survivability, i think Ice Punch usually hits the *main* guys who use EQ, (Chomp, Hippo/Phan, Mence, Swampert for neutral...) I kind of want Bullet punch for the Priority but i NEED pursuit and yet i also need a STAB move so it's either bullet punch or mash and i have mash currently because well of it's base power...

Well that's my team...rate away!

You're better off taking CB off Swampert and putting Stealth Rock over Stone Edge, you have a Starmie and Stealth Rocks can save you sometime in the game. Salamence should not really be trying to defeat Cresselia, many Cresselia have Ice Beam, so keeping Roost would be ideal. Rapid Spin and Recover should also be nessecary on Starmie, Toxic Spikes hits Swampert and Snorlax, Stealth Rock hits Salamence, so it would be useful. Thunderbolt / Surf / Rapid Spin / Recover should be ok, Surf for Heatrans.

I really don't see why use Weezing if you have a Gyarados counter already, and Lucario seems to be problems. Gliscor > Weezing should work out better, Ice Fang / Eartquake / Roost / Knock Off - Sword Dance should be ok, it hits most Physical power houses like Tyranitar and Lucario, the reason why I say Sword Dance is because of Garchomp, Yache Chomp is pretty scary, or just to kill on it's harder and on it's own, although Knock Off is also good.

Dont some Gyrados outspeed starmie after a DD? THAT's why...i absolutely hate that pokemon >:( it's extremely common so i'm not afraid having extra precautions...

I hear lots of opinions for Gliscor> Weezing...maybe...Salamence takes care of Hera with Fire Blast right? Yea I should be fine without Aerial Ace...

You make a very good point about Toxic spikes...i've never come across any problems with spikes...though Snorlax CAN just rest off the damage from poison and heal himself from status.

Thanks for the help though =)

What do you think Gyarados will do to a Starmie ever after a DD..? Waterfall? It isn't doing much, trust me. If you don't feel safe with it then just use a HP Electric Vaporeon, it provides the same coverage against MixApe and Gyarados and is a Wish Passer, but you'd be missing Rapid Spin so I won't really say go for it. The Salamence you have isn't even appropiate to be taking physical hits from Heracross, and just remember that 80% of those Heracross have Stone Edge. As much as you rely on Salamence to take out Heracross, it's not gonna work, you can switch into a CB Stone Edge.

No it's honeslty just that some Gyarados have EQ and it screws me up sometimes...and no vappy honestly i like it but a hidden power for wifi yea right...you'd have to poke'sav for that(or be extremely lucky...) and i dont do that...

But i dont really rely on Mence to hit Hera...only revenge kill. I think Gliscor can outstall it right?

Also...i feel as though im still going to get hurt by Spore-loom ALOT...the thing is just really freaking annoying when it comes to taking it down. EVen with AA on gliscor i wont outspeed it and it will eventually get me.

I also just want to add from my knowledge on this game i AM experienced but i am NOT at the level where the top players are at...i'm still trying to work my way up...
