My team around hydreigon!!!!

Volcarona @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Bug Buzz
- Fiery Dance
- Giga Drain
- Quiver Dance
Volcarona cames after Hydreigon. It's a good sweeper and Quiver Dance is a must have move. Fiery Dance has a possibility to give more spattack and that's the reason that I prefer it instead of flamethrower. Giga Drain and Bug Buzz are moves to hit different types. Heavy Duty Boots are only for the hazards. For example Stealth Rock

Hydreigon @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Earth Power
- Nasty Plot
- Roost
Hydreigon is the leader of this team. It can make a Nasty Plot and then sweep with Earth Power. If u make Drago Meteor, spattack will fell again to 0. Roost is a move to heal Hydreigon's health. Hydreigon has very low hp and Roost is a very good move to support this mon. The Life Orb gives more power on Hydreigon's attacks and despite the loss of health, the power of the Life Orb can give u boost vs many op mons.

Excadrill @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rapid Spin
- Rock Slide
Choice Scarfed Excadrill is the 2nd sweeper of this team. Moves like Earthquake and Iron Head can kill easily a lot of mons and moves like Rockslide and Rapid Spin are secondary hits that can prevent the feint from a Charizard. As for the item, Choice Scarf is an item which gives more power on the 1st hit of Excadrill. Imagine boosted Earthquake!!!

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Slack Off
- Psyshock
- Protect
Slowbro is the tank-attacker of this team. It's nature and the leftovers are clearly for defense and health pros. Slowbro is a pokemon that can annoy many opponets. With this moveset, Slowbro can become very annoying and it can also win some strong opponets such as Heatran. Scald is a water move that can also may burn the target. Psyshock is used instead of Psychic, cos Psyshock hits with the user's defense. Slowbro has great dfense and it can give huge amount of power to this move. Slack Off and Protect are tank moves and they are only to irritate opponets and make Slowbro more defensive.

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Protect
- Toxic
- Foul Play
Umbreon is the original tank of this team. As u can see, this team has no Dragon Slayers, except of Hydreigon. If Hydreigon dies, then Umbreon is the only poke that can do something against a Dragonite or Dragapult. Wish and Protect are staller moves and give Umbreon the opportunity to make a Toxic easily on a target. Umbreon's great SpDefense and Hp allows it to make some Toxics and in combination with Wish and Protect, this poke is awesome. Foul Play is a move that makes damage and I wanted my Umbreon to make a little piece of damage.

Rillaboom @ Life Orb
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Knock Off
- Drain Punch
- Grassy Glide
Last is Rillaboom. Rillaboom is a very strong and fast poke. Life Orb in combination with it's ability, make Rillaboom a huge threat. On the moveset we have Swords Dance and Grassy Glide. When a poke makes Swords Dance, it's Attack raises sharply. Rillaboom with raised Attack is a legit sweeper. Grassy Glide is a very good Grass move and I prefer it instead of Wood Hammer. Knock Off is very useful, cos Rilla has a move that can knock off the items of the opponet's pokes. In the end I put Drain Punch, cos on a stall team, a fighting type move is very important. Rilla has a great attack and Drain Punch can also give some extra Hp to ur Rilla.

Well, I have a couple of simple changes you could make that would be easy improvements:

:ss/slowking:
Slowking @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Scald
- Future Sight
- Slack Off
- Teleport

Slowking does a similar job to Slowbro, but it actually checks relevant Pokemon like Heatran and Tapu Lele. (Despite the typing, Slowbro does not properly check Heatran.) Future Sight has great synergy with your offensive Pokemon, limiting Toxapex's ability to switch into Volcarona, for example, and Teleport gives you a safe way to switch in your wallbreakers.

:ss/rillaboom:
Rillaboom @ Life Orb
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Grassy Glide
- Knock Off
- Superpower

I know Drain Punch's recovery looks appealing, but Superpower's power is almost always too good to pass up on: most notably, you can KO Skarmory and Corviknight with +2 into +1 Superpower, which is important because you don't have a way to get reliable damage on them at the moment (they wall Excadrill and Hydreigon completely, and neither will stay in on Volcarona.)

:ss/clefable:
Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SpD
Calm Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Moonblast
- Knock Off
- Soft-Boiled

I can see where you were going with Umbreon, but I don't think it's a good fit for this team. It's the most passive, abusable Pokemon in existence, and its only real utility of passing Wishes doesn't really look that useful for an offensive team like this one. If you want a bulky Pokemon to take on Dragon-types,I would suggest Clefable, which can similarly check Pokemon like Dragonite and Dragapult while providing more utility for your team, most importantly setting Stealth Rock, which you haven't got.
