My team in progress:

ok, iv been working on this team, and iv got a few gaps in in, and im kinda new 2 comp battling, so if anyone could giv me suggestions or point out flaws or anything, that would be good.

Crobat
Item: Wide Lens
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Intimidate
Evs: 252 hp, 252 speed, 6 def
Attacks: Hypnosis, Whirlwind, Substitute, Confuse Ray
Stratagy: Crobat is my lead, my stratagy for him is for him 2 come out first, and put my oponent 2 sleep before they get a chance to attack.

Ninjask
Item: ???
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Speed Boost
Evs: 252 att, 252 speed, 6 def
Attacks: Baton Pass, Swords Dance, Substitute, X-Scissor
Stratagy: Ninjask comes in right after Crobat puts my oponent to sleep, then i substitute to survive, and swords dance when i get the chance, then when i get a decent speed boost and att boost, i baton pass it.

Machamp
Item: ???(either expert belt, or flame orb)
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Guts
Evs: 252 att, 252 speed, 6 hp
Attacks: Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Close Combat
Stratagy: I'm maxing his att, and i plan on using ninjask to take care of his low speed, im tried to giv him alot of move variety, so he can sweep for a while without being forced to swich(and losing the baton bonus)

Magmortar
Item: Wise Glasses
Nature: Modest
Ability: Flame Body
Evs: 252 sp att, 252 speed, 6 hp
Attacks: Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Psychic, Confuse Ray
Stratagy: Similar to machamp, im maxing sp att, and relying on ninjask for speed, i tried 2 giv a variety of moves, so it can sweep fairly well.

Salamence
Item: Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Intimidate
Evs: 252 att, 252 speed, 6 hp
Attacks: Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Fire Blast
Stratagy: Because machamp and magmortar rely on ninjask, i hav salamence as a back up sweeper, so if ninjask gets taken out, i can still sweep.

Dusknoir
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ability: Pressure
Evs: 252 def, 252 sp def, 6 hp
Attacks: Pain Split, Night Shade, Will-o-Wisp, Trick Room
Stratagy: My mixed wall, i hav pain split to heal, night shade to do damage, WoW to do damage and take out physical sweepers, and trick room is a back up, because since 2 of my 3 sweepers hav low speed, and hav 2 rely on ninjask, if ninjask gets taken out, trick room may giv me the advantage long enough to turn the tide.

so thats my team, comments?(suggestions for the ??? areas?)

-Ninjask would've work better as the lead.
-Don't use non-scarfer Crobat anymore, most sleeper leads are scarfed. But if you want to go with the annoyer set, then give it leftovers instead
-Salamence wants Fire Blast to counter those steel types, even with SpA hindering nature.

i want 2 keep crobat for my lead, so i can hypnotise and giv ninjask an extra turn to rack up a speed boost

im not gonna scarf crobat just in case i need to use him more extensively later in the battle(choice items r to constricting), and his speed it really high as it is, and IF i do hav 2 deal with an oposing lead thats faster, i hav back up stratagys(trick room mostly)

id lik to keep machamps evs on speed because his speed is so low, that even with ninjasks boosts, its still gonna need all the help i can giv it

salamence has earthquake for steel

salamence has earthquake for steel
Skarm/Bronzong/Forretress, etc.
High physical def, EQ immunities, EQ neutral dmg intake, etc.

Since you're making him a dancer variance, it'd be great if any steel couldn't easily come in and stop his set-ups.

hm, tru tru...hmm, so fire blast for its 4th move?, yea, that works...but hes got jolly nat and no evs in sp att, would it still even be worth it?

hmm, im considering exchanging magmortar for:

Heatran
Item: Wise Glasses
Nature: Modest
Ability: Flash Fire
Evs: 252 sp att, 252 speed, 6 hp
Attacks: Lava Plume, Earth Power, Explosion, Dragon Pulse
Stratagy: Same as magmortar now, but more variety in moves, more attacking moves, higher sp att, and better ability...

Ok, threat list considering i add heatran:

Aerodactyl-Ice punch with machamp

Alakazam-Exploit its low def with machamp, and take it down with an elimental punch before i get hit, or try to kill it with dusknoir

Blissey-Machamp or salamence if i think sal can take it out before getting ice-beamed

Breloom-Machamp, heatran, or salamence

Weavile-machamp, heatran, sal

Weezing-nothing that super effective, but ill probably use heatran or sal

Yanmega-machamp, heatran, sal

Zapdos-machamp if i can out run it, if not, power trick

k, so these r the pokes with super effective hits, dusknoir is a consistaintly available back up, and i could probably use any of my sweepers on most of these pokes, but yea. And iv noticed that machamp is my best at sweeping, so its gonna be my main guy. any comments?

Fix your formatting please.

Your team is nowhere near perfect. Look at your threat list. A counter must be able to both switch into the pokémon it's supposed to counter, with little to no risk to itself, and also pose an immediate threat to said pokémon. Alot of your "counters" get raped by the threats they're supposed to counter. Try again.

ok, quick team idea, with supporting pokes:

Crobat
Item: Wide Lens
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Intimidate
Evs: 252 hp, 252 speed, 6 def
Attacks: Hypnosis, Whirlwind, Substitute, Confuse Ray
Stratagy: Crobat is my lead, my stratagy for him is for him 2 come out first, and put my oponent 2 sleep before they get a chance to attack.

Ninjask
Item: ???
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Speed Boost
Evs: 252 att, 252 speed, 6 def
Attacks: Baton Pass, Swords Dance, Substitute, X-Scissor
Stratagy: Ninjask comes in right after Crobat puts my oponent to sleep, then i substitute to survive, and swords dance when i get the chance, then when i get a decent speed boost and att boost, i baton pass it.

Electivire
Item: Expert Belt

Stratagy: Ninjask's main focus for baton pass, maxing att, and relying on ninjask for speed, decent variety of moves.

Starmie
Item: Wise Glasses
Nature: Modest
Ability: Natural Cure
Evs: 252 sp att, 252 speed, 6 hp
Attacks: Ice Beam, Rapid Spin, Surf, Psychic
Stratagy: My special sweeper, and a sweeper that dosnt rely on ninjask for its speed, rapid spinner and a decent move variety.

Salamence
Item: Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Intimidate
Evs: 252 att, 252 speed, 6 hp
Attacks: Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Fire Blast
Stratagy: Another physical sweeper, he can get an advantage from ninjask, but he dosnt rely on him.

Dusknoir
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ability: Pressure
Evs: 252 def, 252 sp def, 6 hp
Attacks: Pain Split, Night Shade, Will-o-Wisp, Trick Room
Stratagy: My mixed wall, i hav pain split to heal, night shade to do damage, WoW to do damage and take out physical sweepers, and trick room is a back up just in case im faced with a scarfed oponent.

ok, hows this team? my pokemon hav a good variety of moves, less dependant on ninjask for a win, and elecivire, starmie and sal can counter for each other(EQ on electivire can be countered by sal, ice beam on sal can be countered by starmie, thunderbolt on starmie can be countered by elecivire)?
