XY OU My team (its not that good)

I tried to create a well balanced OU team that focuses on having at least one fast physical, bulky physical, fast special, bulky special, physical wall, and special wall. But I'm not entirely sure on how well I did. Do you think you can help me out?

Keldeo@life orb
Trait: justified
EVs: 252 spa/ 252 spe/ 4 spd
hydro pump
calm mind
secret sword
HP flying

This guy fills in the role of the fast special sweeper, and he does an amazingly good job at it. The calm mind lets me take down everything in my path. That and the life orb. The HP flying covers any trouble with grass types (I'm looking at you breloom!). Due to calm mind, I shouldn't have to explain the others.

Gardevoir@gardevoirite
Trait: trace
EVs: 252 spa/ 4 spd/ 252 hp
hyper voice
psyshock
focus blast
will o wisp

This pokemon is my bulky special sweeper, and she is truly awesome. After M-evolution, pixelate kicks in and hyper voice becomes deadly. Will o wisp is good for taking down any bug threats, and focus blast kills off all of the dark types. I still haven't figured out the use of psyshock.

Breloom@focus sash
Trait: technician
EVs: 252 atk/ 252 spe/ 4 hp
rock tomb
bullet seed
spore
mach punch

Breloom is my fast physical sweeper. Rock tomb covers about a million type disadvantages it has. The spore pretty much lets me free shot anyone who comes too close. Mach punch gets STAB and priority, and bullet seed gets STAB as well. And do I even need to explain how awesome technician is with all this?

Bisharp@black glasses
Trait: defiant
EVs: 252 atk/ 4 spd/ 252 hp
knock off
sucker punch
iron head
swords dance

Bisharp is the bulky physical sweeper of my team, and he is a MASS MURDERER. Knock off is awesome at crippling pokemon, and gets it STAB. Iron head is the STAB king, and sucker punch does what iron head does, but with priority. Just set up a swords dance and you're good to go.

Heatran@leftovers
Trait: flash fire
EVs: 252 spd/ 252 hp/ 4 spa
lava plume
roar
stealth rock
toxic

Heatran is the special wall of the team. Roar is good for giving your opponent a tough time. Toxic is well, toxic, and that makes it cool. Lava plume is obviously for taking down those pesky ferrothorns. And I shouldn't have to explain stealth rock.

Glisgor@toxic orb
Trait: poison heal
EVs: 252 hp/ 184 def/ 72 spe
taunt
roost
tailwind
earthquake

Being my physical wall, I like to keep this guy healthy. So I gave him roost. Taunt is one of my first moves to use, as it totally screws up supporters. Earthquake is just to take down electrics. And after using tailwind, I like to switch to Gardevoir.

This is my OU team, I hope you can give me some tips! :)

Hey there. Before I get into looking at your team, I'm going to suggest you list the natures of each of your Pokemon. Some of them may be obvious, but this should still be done for all of them so people can better rate your team. I'd also put in a little more in the descriptions about why you picked each team member and what synergy they have together.

Now onto the team. The biggest issue I'm noticing is that Mega Pinsir can do a ton of damage to your team. If he can get in for free against Gliscor, he can just set up an SD and plow through your team. Though the only reason he'd need to SD to begin with is to be able to OHKO Keldeo with a Quick Attack before getting hit, as Gliscor can't touch him at all. Replacing Gliscor with a defensive Skarmory solves this problem since Skarmory has only a ~25% chance to get 2HKO'd by +2 Pinsir after rocks. Skarmory can retaliate with Brave Bird for big damage, Whirlwind Pinsir out, or Counter to KO.

+2 252 Atk Aerilate Mega Pinsir Return vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Skarmory: 140-165 (41.9 - 49.4%) -- 25.4% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Roost
- Whirlwind
- Brave Bird/Counter
- Defog

This set not only protects you more from Mega Pinsir, but it also provides valuable defog support in case you really need Breloom's sash or are just being worn down by hazards in general. It also helps you more against Mega Gyarados and Azumarill, as you no longer have a water weakness on both of your defensive Pokemon.

+1 252+ Atk Mold Breaker Mega Gyarados Waterfall vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Skarmory: 139-165 (41.6 - 49.4%) -- 22.3% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

252+ Atk Choice Band Huge Power Azumarill Waterfall vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Skarmory: 135-160 (40.4 - 47.9%) -- 4.7% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Hi there. I'm sorry but I'm going to have to lock this thread. Your RMT lacks detailed descriptions, and your format isn't very neat. Please feel free to PM me once you think you can update this, thank you.
