NOTE: IF THE IMAGES STOP APPEARING PLEASE DO TELL SO I CAN REPLACE THEM!
Sandstorm teams are very annoying not only do my Pokemon receive damage from the storm but most of these Pokemon have a better evasion chance in the storm making it hard to hit them.
My Latias usually deals with these but if those two happen to set-up Calm Mind or something before mine I am dead.
This thing is so annoying. Spores my whole teams and just sweeps.
This thing is even more annoying than Breeloom since it also has Spore it puts my Pokemon to sleep then it Shell Smashes and then it uses Baton Pass and the Pokemon entering does the sweeping.
Rapid Spinners are also annoying rendering my Ferrothor's hard work useless, and setting up their own hazards.
This thing can sweep my entire team with it's Dark/Fighting-type moves.
Alakazam can out speed most of my Pokemon and take them out with it's huge move pool.
These things are horrible against any team especially mine since I don't have any Fighting-type moves.
This thing is my worst nightmare I just can't take out, especially the Bulk-Up/Sub variant.
Thank you for reading this. Please leave as many suggestions as you can. I also wanted to create a team with Donphan in it so if you can help me with that...I will love you forever. Also feel free to change anything in this team even if you are gonna change all the Pokemon in here. Sorry if there are any erros! I kinda rushed. ^^; Also sorry for having small descriptions; my team is really simple.
The Team at a Glance:
In Depth:
Jirachi @ Leftovers | Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 224 SpD / 32 Spd | Careful (+SpD/-SpA)
- Iron Head
- Body Slam
- Wish
- Fire Punch
Jirachi has proven to be an fair lead. Talking out or at least denting bulky leads. Iron Head and Body Slam are perfect with Serence Grace allowing me to switch into my Ferrothorn and start setting up entry hazards. Fire punch takes out a lot of stuff and common leads like Forrtress and Ferrothorn. Wish keeps Jirachi as long as possible (especially after Fire Punching Ferrothorn), or to heal incoming teammates. Problems: For some reason Jirachi doesn't seem to be a great lead. Well not all the time. Sometimes it's perfect and sometimes not.
Latias @ Leftovers | Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd / 4 SpA | Timid (+Spd/-Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Recover
- Dragon Pulse
- Substitute
She is a beast. I always keep her last. I usually Sub and then go for Calm Mind. After 1 Calm Mind Latias can take an Ice Beam like a boss. After a giant boost from Calm Mind Dragon Pulse sweeps everything there is. This thing is seriously unbeatable.
Lanturn @ Leftovers | Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Def / 204 SpD / 52 HP | Calm (+SpD/-Atk)
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Thunder Bolt
- Heal Bell
Without Lanturn my team isn't complete. Volt Absorb allows me to switch in when an Electric-type attack is suspected. Lanturn's moveset allows me to preform amazing predictions countering every move my opponent tries to make to take Lanturn down. Lanturn is a perfect counter to Rain teams as well. Heal Bell allows Lanturn to "fix" her team mates so they can do what she can't.
Ferrothron @ Rocky Helmet | Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 168 SpD / 88 Def | Impish (+Def/-SpA)
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
- Power Whip
Ferrothorn is an awesome team member. With access to 2 entry hazards and Thunder wave it can be really annoying. Power Whip has so much power and it works great even more after a TW. Problems: I think this thing is so awesome that I think it should have an offensive set and another Pokemon can be the hazard setter.
Sableye @ Leftovers | Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 136 SpD / 120 Def | Calm (+SpD/-Atk)
- Recover
- Will-O-Wisp
- Taunt
- Night Shade
This thing is to stall and annoy. Prankster is awesome! It allows me to Will-O-Wisp/Taunt before other Pokemon. Sableye is perfect against Defensive/Entry Hazard teams that set hazards and roar me away. Taunt locks them to damage dealing attacks giving me a chance to destroy them. Problems: Isn't as annoying as I thought it would be.
Heatran @ Air Balloon | Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spd / 4 SpD | Calm (+SpD/-Atk)
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power Ice
- Roar
Heatran is an amazing Pokemon. He is prefect since he can take out a lot of Pokemon, including Dragon-types. Earth Power hits Fire-types, that have something hidden up there sleeves. Roar helps get rid of Pokemon trying to boost their stats to sweep my team. Problems: I really want to change Heatran with another Fire-type because Heatran has failed me a lot of times.
