MY TEAM! YAY! lol, rate please!

HI! I'm still fairly new here and I've been using my team for quite a while now.......I wanna get suggestions for it, even though I win more than I lose. :) But, I still lose quite a lot.

Here's my team......

LEAD

Azelf@Choice Scarf
Hasty Nature- 252atk. 180Speed 78Sp.A
-Trick
-Fire Blast
-Explosion
-Stealth Rock

I love my Azelf lead and for a good reason. :) He outspeeds almost everything and atempts to put a choice scarf on them. This is so fun to use, especially when a scarf goes on something like Bronzong or Blissey switchins'. Fire Blast is just a filler attack and SR is to set up after the opponent likely switches out. After they switch I can hopefully outspeed it and Explode getting a quick kill in. If not, Ooh well! :)

Rotom-W@Leftovers
Calm Nature- 50HP 252Def. 108Sp.A 100Sp.D
-Sleep Talk
-Thunder Wave
-ThunderBolt
-Hydro Pump

I also like my little Rotom a lot as well. '^-^ He has a couple jobs for my team. His first is to attempt to Thunder Wave anything he can to cripple as much of the opponent's team as possible. His other purpose is to switch in on a lot of my teams weaknesses such as ground attacks on my Heatran(coming up soon.). And also serves as my sleep absorber, so when I predict a sleep move coming I can switch in Rotom and he can just Sleep Talk or bring in another counter.

Salamence@Life Orb
Adamant Nature-100HP 252attack 156 speed
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Fire Blast/Flamethrower

Well, he is basically the pokemon on my team that really knows how to clean out a large portion of my opponent's team. All he has to do is come in on an attack he knows he can force a switch with, dragon dance on the switch and use the appropriate move! Outrage is practically for everything except for steels. Fire blast is for Bronzong.

Blissey@Leftovers
Calm Nature- 20HP 252Def. 82Sp.A 156Sp.D
-Toxic
-Wish
-Seismic Toss
-Flamethrower

I kinda mixed some sets in order to make my Blissey! She provides wish support, switchins; for ghost attacks on Azelf and Rotom and just a switchin for all Sp.Attacks! Flamethrower is for steels(and just a basic attack.), Seismic toss is for some solid damage. Mainly for enemy Heatrans. And Toxic is to infict on anything Blissey can have a Stall war with. Tell me what you think of her moveset the most.(I wanna know if it will be consistently effective.)

Heatran@Choice Scarf
Timid Nature-252Sp.A 220Speed 32HP
-Fire Blast
-Explosion
-Hidden Power Ice
-Earth Power

This is basically my special sweeper! :) Heatran can switchin on a Scizor's bullet punch and other common attacks.(Ice Beam, Toxic, Any fire move, Shadow Ball.) Heatran hits 403 with this spread so he can outspeed almost all non-scarfed pokemon and hit hard from 359 SP.A. Fire Blast is for STAB, Earth power is for anything Fire Blast can't hit. Explosion is for a finisher, Hidden Power Ice is for any Dragons and Ground types.

Weavile@Choice Band
Adamant Nature-252Attack 252 Speed 4Sp.d
-Night Slash
-Pursuit
-Ice Shard
-Brick Break

This is my revenge killer. Ice Shard for Dragons and Skymin. Pursuit for Ghosts and Psychics and Brick Break is a filler. Night Slash is for pure power.

WELL THATS MY TEAM! I'll check for ratings tomorrow morning!

Nice job on presenting your team. Although the font size is a bit overpowering the team and the way you explain it is good. Seeing as one of your main plans is to paralyse things might it be worth adding something that can use the Paralysis to sweep for something like a Swords Dance Heracross or maybe Choice Band Heracross > Weavile for there ability to hit things a lot harder than Weavile can. Heracross can still Pursuit things like Dusknoirs and Rotoms, and Heatran can already finish off dragons and Skymin (Scarf Skymin won't be Earth Powering very much as it is dangerous to lock yourself into Ground Attacks). Heracross is also able to switch into Will-o-Wisp to set up a sweep, Weavile cannot do this, and although blissey can it cant really do much to the common users of Will-o-Wisp.

I would also consider T-Wave on Blissey, although this may seem a little illogical it allows you to carry off your Speed lowering strategy better, and people may not expect it on Blissey if they have already seen it on rotom, thinking they can get a free switch in for SD Luke. I would also consider
Maxing Speed on Heatran. You don't want to be stuck in a 1 v 1 Heatran Battle and lose because you have not maxed speed. And are those extra 8 HP points really helping you?

Heracross would then act as your wall breaker (Rotom and Heatran can both deal with Gliscor), with Heatran cleaning up more fragile targets, and then you still have Mence who can set up late game and attempt a sweep. if nessecary. Running Wish without Protect is IMO a little risky and you lose the possiblilty of sure fire healing to blissey, so you will need to be careful there and if it turns out Softboiled > Wish then so be it. I think thats all for now. If you have any specific problems then feel free to come back and ask, I will check the thread in the future :D

EDIT: Your Rotom doesn't have 508 EVs :/

I don't understand the strategy on Rotom. How useful is Sleep Talk unless you have rest? Rest not only gives you recovery, it activates sleep talk for a set amount of time, and takes away any status.

On Heatran, you may want to consider HP Grass or Electric. It allows you to hit pokemon such as Swampert and Gyarados hard. Also, it allows you to hit most bulky waters for a large amount of damage.

Also, T-Wave on Blissey could help more. Allowing you to lower the speed of other pokemon, letting you sweep more easily with Heatran and Weavile. Also, wish without Protect is risky, as you're vulnerable for the turn that wish kicks in.

I'm not sure why you need 100 HP EVs on Salamence, as those would be more useful in Speed. Without those speed EV's, you won't be able to outrun major threats after a DD.

Good luck with your team.

Its a bulky mence im guessing w/ Dragon Dance speed is uneeded since your just boosting it anyway. There are mence sets with no Atk evs at all but physically based.

A bulky mence without roost? Also, if it's a bulky mence, it's not defensive enough. It won't survive most vital attacks it would on the Bulky Set, and it loses the sweeping power of DD Mence.

Thanks very much you guys. I'll test our your suggestions and see how they work. I'll edit my first post back here tomorrow based on my results and what I have right now.
