My UU team

Tell me what you guys think. Team is doing fine (surprisingly it does better against OU teams, than UUs), but I have too much trouble facing Milotics and Venusaurs. If Milotic has Rest, I can't toxic stall him with my Umbreon.

Here it is:

Uxie @Choice Scarf
Impish
252 HP / 104 Def / 152 Spe
~ Trick
~ U-turn
~ Stealth Rock
~ Thunder Wave
*Great lead, Trick, then Thunder Wave on the switch and finally Stealth Rocks.

Blaziken @Life Orb
Rash
192 Atk / 252 SpA / 64 Spe
~ Agility
~ Fire Blast
~ Superpower
~ Hidden Power Electric / Hidden Power Grass / Hidden Power Ice
*I try to use this for late game sweeping, since showing her up early makes the other guy try to keep his counter alive. My biggest counter is Milotic, since it can take a HP grass pretty well, and if he switches on my agility, then I cant 2HKO her.

Umbreon @Leftovers
Careful
252 HP / 92 SpD / 164 Spe
~ Wish
~ Payback
~ Protect
~ Toxic
*Great support and toxic staller, my speciall "wall", but can also take physical attacks pretty well. Wish passing or just plain toxic stall.

Drifblim @Chesto Berry
Modest
12 HP / 252 Def / 124 SpA / 32 SpD / 88 Spe
~ Calm Mind
~ Rest
~ Shadow Ball
~ Hidden Power Fighting
*Believe it or not, my MVP. Switch him in on a pokemon I can resist, set up a couple of calm minds, then rest. And let the sweepage begin.

Donphan @Leftovers
Adamant
52 HP / 252 Atk / 204 Def
~ Rapid Spin
~ Earthquake
~ Roar
~ Ice Shard
*My physical tank, great for taking hits and then hitting back, also, Rapid Spin. And Roar for those setting up.

Dugtrio @Life Orb
Adamant
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
~ Earthquake
~ Sucker Punch
~ Stone Edge
~ Aerial Ace
*Revenge killer, nuff said. Thinking of changing Aerial Ace though, since I barely use it. But it's essential if there's a Breelom in play.

My Blaziken's HP type is usually grass, for Gastrodons and Quagsires, also for Swampers in OU. But when it comes to OU I'm thinking of using one with Electric for Gyarados or Ice for dragon types.

Comments? Suggestions?

Please expand your descriptions as they're definitely not up to rule 3:

RMT rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

Take a look at the RMT archive to see what kind of descriptions we are looking for. PM me the fixed descriptions and I'll unlock this thread.
