The lower half of your threat list is quite flawed.

The common leech seed version of Sceptile simply stalls out Blissey and slowly kills it. The physical sweeper version puts major hurt on Blissey.

Many Rhyperiors will carry Megahorn, so after your opponent learns how you're using Cresselia to stop it they will kill it with a predicted Megahorn. You can use your Gliscor to switch in to Rhyperior, though it can't really -do- anything in return due to Rhyperior's ridiculous defense and trait.

Medicham is NOT a counter for Weavile or Gengar. Weavile will 2HKO with Ice Punch (it can OHKO with CB Ice Punch if Stealth Rock is on the field; it can OHKO about half the time without stealth rock and with Sandstorm, it will do it somewhere around 66% of the time with both), Gengar will OHKO with Shadow Ball all of the time even if it has minimum special attack (lol). Good luck switching Medicham into these, it's really not a 'counter' to anything thanks to its pathetic defenses.

Medicham has and adherence scarf and will outspeed both of them. Weavile dies to brick break and gengar to pyscho cutter. I probably wouldnt switch in medicham to a predicted shadow ball anyway. Im probably going to switch medicham for heracross

I don't think you understand. A counter by definition needs to be able to switch in to a pokemon and threaten them enough so that they switch out. As Medicham cannot even switch in, it is not a counter.
