XY OU My X and Y OU Team (Need help rating and maybe rebuilding

Charizard @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Flare Blitz
- Earthquake
So, first off is Charizard. It's a Mega Charizard X that I have designed to set up and wreck whatever comes out onto the field. The set is pretty standard but I think it's strong. It also deals with stuff like Ferrothorn (Which I seem to run across WAY too much...) (252+ Atk Tough Claws Mega Charizard X Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Ferrothorn: 748-888 (212.5 - 252.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO)

Staraptor @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- U-turn
- Return
- Close Combat
Staraptor is pretty much the speedy Pokemon of the team (with Greninja). It can quickly swap out with U-Turn if need be and hit hard with STAB Brave Bird and Return. Close Combat is there for coverage. Also, it deals with things like Volcarona, who just like to set up Quiver Dances. With Staraptor, I can predict around it and get the K.O. with Brave Bird.

Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Extrasensory
The other speedy Poke of the team. He's a special attacking variant that I've been using on many different teams. Greninja is (in my opinion) an essential Pokemon to many teams due to it's Protean ability. When you pair this with a very diverse movepool, the Pokemon is destructive. Also, this Greninja set seems to be the one that works the best for me.

Avalugg @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Avalanche
- Curse
- Recover
- Rapid Spin
My defensive wall of the team. I know that Avalugg is PU, but I just love to use him. Even though his low Sp. Def. is crippling, he can take a super-effective steel type move for only about 20-30% damage (252 Atk Aegislash-Blade Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Avalugg: 134-162 (34 - 41.1%) -- 57.1% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery. Look, it takes hits fairly well against Aegislash). Then, Avalugg can Recover up. This Pokemon is pretty much used for walling any physical attacks and Rapid Spinning any rocks away.

Gengar @ Focus Sash
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Confuse Ray
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Dazzling Gleam
More or less a support Pokemon that can deal massive amounts of damage and confuse the foe to make sure they cannot counterattack. It also has a lot of coverage with it's Shadow Ball, Sludge Wave, and Dazzling Gleam.

Florges (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Protect
The specially defensive wall of the team. She can be a great switch-in for Avalugg due to the fact her Sp. Def. is very high. I find the two to have decent synergy in battle and they can very well grab a victory for me I wouldn't have gotten under any other circumstances.

Like the avi... Anyways here are some suggestions:

1. Your Offensive Core of CharX-Staraptor-Greninja is fine... my concern is your Defensive / Utility Core... I would swap out those 3 for the following:

Mew @ Leftovers
EV: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Ability: Synchronize
Impish Nature (+Def,-SpA)
- Knock Off
-
Will-o-Wisp
- Defog
- Softboiled

Role: Defog User / Status Inducer / Bitch Slaps Items

Mega Medicham Counter; which is seeing plenty of play to justify using. WoW ruins other physical attackers not named CharX. While Defog removes hazards and Knock Off provides some utility in removing opposing items barring mega stones.
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
EV: 244 HP / 192 SpD / 72 Spe
Ability: Poison Heal
Careful Nature (+SpD,-SpA)
- Earthquake
- Taunt
- Roost
- Toxic

Role: Special Defense Wall / Status Inducer / Stall Breaker

Taunt works very well here to annoy Stall while having the ability to Toxic stall opposing non steel walls. Roost provides longevity while EQ is your primary STAB option.
Ferrothorn@ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Ability: Iron Barbs
Relaxed Nature
Moves:
- Power Whip
- Protect
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed

Role: Azumarill Wall / Stealth Rock User

As its role suggests; he counters opposing Azumarill that are not packing Superpower; which is a rare sight, but if you suspect the possibility, this is where Protect comes in handy to scout for potentially dangerous moves. Ferrothorn can switch in on an abundance of moves and provide entry hazard support and Utility with Leech Seed. As advertised, Power Whip is your STAB option here.

Try out these and let me know what you think.

Hmmm... I've never really seen Gliscor used as a special wall, but I'll definitely try it out! I really like all of these sets. Thanks, I'll tell you how it goes.

Actually there is some credence to this set. You can call it an evolution of sorts for Gliscor as the needs of certain teams requires it.

The speed EVs are to outspeed Jolly Ttar so you can Taunt him. Otherwise good luck with the team ^_^

Staraptor would rather have reckless, with brave bird, double edge and u-turn. I'd say close combat is fairly useless except for heatran, as raptor does a ton of damage with u-turn to tyranitar. I would replace close combat with final gambit. This allows for staraptor to take down fat walls like gliscor, and skarmory.
Florges is basically outclassed in every aspect by sylveon. Sylveon can act as a status inducer with toxic, a cleric, and also a wish passer.

Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 SpD
Bold Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell

Your Gengar set is really bad. Confuse ray is way too gimmicky, as Gengar is too frail to take any hit. Dazzling gleam basically doesn't hit anything except sableye and the extremely rare spritomb. (who uses spiritomb wtf lol) Focus Blast is definitely better, allowing you to hit heatran, tyranitar (which threatens to pursuit trap you), ferrothorn and others. I would also replace focus sash with life orb or black sludge. Sludge bomb is also not very useful, as it doesn't really hit a lot of stuff in OU, except for clefable and sylveon. I would suggest the following set:
94.gif

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 28 HP / 148 SpA / 80 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Shadow Ball
- Will-O-Wisp
- Focus Blast

Sub lets gengar dodge annoying status like thunduru's t wave, and will-o-wisp which can really put it on a timer. Shadow ball is your main form of STAB hitting stuff for good neutral coverage. W-o-w allows you to take care of threats like bisharp, mold breaker excadrill, and other strong physical attackers, for the rest of your team to handle. Focus Blast and shadow ball have perfect neutral coverage, and hits the stuff I mentioned above. The spread above lets you take mega venu's giga drain without losing your sub, and also tank clefable's moon blast without losing your sub, with the rest of the EVs dumped in speed and s attack.

Avalugg is shit. Excadrill or the lati twins are better hazard removers.
The rest of the team looks okay, but the extra 4 HP evs on greninja, staraptor and zard x make you take more residual damage and SR damage. good luck with this team, it really needs some rebuilding :D
