Where and what do I say to activate the Msytery Event thing in Diamond? And Emerald too for that matter?

Yea, it's been speculated that Mystery Gift may be used to get the items for Darkrai/Shaymin/Arceus in the future.

Is it possible to give your self a mystery gift using two DS's to get like potions to underground goods? like in GSC you could link two gameboy colors to get an item.
