[SET COMMENTS]
Regieleki makes use of its amazing Speed along with Refrigerate to be a solid offensive spinner and pivot that cannot be spinblocked; it also threatens Ground-types that could otherwise switch in and block Volt Switch such as Garchomp, Landorus-T, and Sandy Shocks with Tera Blast. Thunderbolt is a stronger STAB option to use on switch-ins such as Iron Moth and Skeledirge, forcing them to use their recovery moves while Regieleki can pivot out, while Explosion can be used to heavily chip common RegenVest users like Hisuian Goodra and Meloetta, opening up opportunities for Regieleki's teammates like Iron Moth and Enamorus-T. Heavy-Duty Boots is the preferred item, as it allows Regieleki to have better longevity for spinning and pivoting, but Never-Melt Ice and Life Orb can also be used to make Tera Blast and Explosion more potent. Since Regieleki has a very high natural Speed tier, an alternative EV spread of 244 HP / 252 SpA / 12 Spe can be ran with a Mild nature to have more bulk while still being able to outspeed every unboosted Pokemon in the tier. Due to its frail bulk, it is highly recommended to pair Regieleki with another spinner such as Quaquaval or Iron Treads, as they can take hits from common hazard setters like Garchomp and allow Regieleki to pivot in teammates more freely with Volt Switch. Regieleki also pairs up well with physical pivots like Galarian Zapdos, Slither Wing, and Meowscarada, as they can create a strong VoltTurn duo and threaten the Pokemon that Regieleki lures in such as Hisuian Goodra and Meloetta while Regieleki can pivot them in safely. Regieleki can struggle with breaking through bulky Pokemon such as Iron Treads and Scream Tail, so pairing it with a Pokemon that can break through both of them such as Zamazenta-C, Magic Guard Volcanion, or Heatran is advised.

Regieleki makes use of its amazing speed along with Refrigerate to be a solid offensive Rapid Spinner that cannot be spinblocked and threaten Ground-types that could otherwise switch-in switch in switch in shouldn't be hyphenated when used as a verb such as Garchomp, Landorus-T, and Sandy Shocks with Tera Blast so that it can freely Volt Switch and keep up momentum on more offensive oriented teams. Thunderbolt can be used as a strong STAB option to OHKO Talonflame and offensive Quaquaval you barely miss out on the OHKO on defensive quaq, while Explosion can be used to take out Iron Treads and Scream Tail, opening up opportunities for Regieleki's teammates. Heavy-Duty Boots is the preferred item of choice as it allows Regieleki to have better longevity for Rapid Spins and Volt Switches as it doesn't have to worry about entry hazards. Since Regieleki has a very high natural speed tier, an alternative EV spread of 240 HP / 252 SpA / 12 Spe can be ran with a Mild nature to have more bulk while still being able to outspeed every non choice scarfed unboosted unboosted feels like a better word to use here since you're notably outspeeding neutral quaquaval after an aqua step/rapid spin Pokemon in the tier. Regieleki pairs up well with physical attackers like Galarian Zapdos, Slither Wing, and Meowscarada as they can create a strong VoltTurn duo and threaten the Pokemon that Regieleki lures in such as Hisuian Goodra and Meloetta maybe mention how these Pokemon are physically frail so it's more obvious why these teammates are recommended. Regieleki can struggle with breaking through Iron Treads and Scream Tail, so pairing it with a Pokemon that can break through both of them such as Zamazenta-C, Magic Guard Volcanion, and Heatran is advised.
first time doing one of these, so if a suggestion looks wrong/unnecessary feel free to ignore it (O_O;)

Thunderbolt can be used as a strong STAB option to OHKO Talonflame and offensive Quaquaval, while Explosion can be used to take out Iron Treads and Scream Tail You do 50 to Iron Treads and 40 to Scream Tail, RegenVest mons would probably be better examples although you dont OHKO them anyway, opening up opportunities for Regieleki's teammates. Heavy-Duty Boots is the preferred item as it allows Regieleki to have better longevity for Rapid Spins and Volt Switches as it doesn't have to worry about entry hazards. Probably worth mentioning that Regieleki is a nice secondary removal option most of the time, but it isn't reliable at all so pairing it with another hazard remover is generally advisable (or pivot with a solid defensive core but most mons benefit from this anyway)

Thunderbolt can be used as a stronger STAB option to OHKO Talonflame and offensive Quaquaval while having these OHKO benchmarks are nice, these mons don't like taking Volt Switches anyways especially from Mild, and Talonflame doesn't OHKO back. The main purpose of Tbolt is an overall stronger hit that doesn't switch you out, allowing you to actually 2HKO stuff on switchin., while Explosion can be used to take out heavily chip common RegenVesters RegenVest users like Hisuian Goodra and Meloetta, opening up opportunities for Regieleki's teammates. Heavy-Duty Boots is the preferred item as it allows Regieleki to have better longevity for Rapid Spins and Volt Switches as it doesn't have to worry about entry hazards mention NMI and LO, especially since you're talking about Booming to disable RegenVesters. Since Regieleki has a very high natural speed tier, an alternative EV spread of 240 HP / 252 SpA / 12 Spe can be ran with a Mild nature to have more bulk while still being able to outspeed every unboosted Pokemon in the tier. Regieleki also pairs up well with physical attackers like Galarian Zapdos, Slither Wing, and Meowscarada as they can create a strong VoltTurn duo and threaten the Pokemon that Regieleki lures in such as Hisuian Goodra and Meloetta while Regieleki can pivot them in safely.
