name: Nasty Plot
move 1: Nasty Plot
move 2: Leaf Storm
move 3: Thunderbolt / Volt Switch
move 4: Pain Split / Thunder Wave / Will-O-Wisp
item: Heavy-Duty Boots
ability: Levitate
nature: Timid
evs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 Spe
tera type: Steel

Nasty Plot turns Rotom-C into a deadly wallbreaker, capable of busting through teams without a Cyclizar or Hisuian Goodra. Leaf Storm hits Pokemon such as Slowbro, Hippowdon, Rhyperior and Basculegion-F extremely hard. Thunderbolt complements Leaf Storm well, hitting the Poison-, Fire-, Steel-, and Bug-type Pokemon that resist Leaf Storm neutrally and the Flying-type Pokemon that resist Leaf Storm super effectively. It also allows Rotom-C to zap Water-type Pokemon such as Empoleon and Slowbro without Leaf Storm's crippling Special Attack drop. Alternatively, Volt Switch can be used, still possessing all of Thunderbolt's usefulness and allowing it to pivot out of poor match-ups such as those against the aforementioned Cyclizar and Hisuian Goodra, as well as Wo-Chien. With Pain Split, it dominates Pokemon such as Chansey and can even plough through Wo-Chien. Thunder Wave ruins Cyclizar and makes it easy pickings for the next time Rotom-C comes in while being useful against faster Pokemon such as Fezandipiti, Noivern and Maushold. Will-O-Wisp cripples physical attackers such as Bisharp, Slither Wing, and Terrakion. Tera Steel allows it to avoid Toxic from the likes of Umbreon, Fezandipiti, and Quagsire while also being a generally good defensive type paired with Rotom's Levitate. It also allows it to check pokemon such as Salamence and Gardevoir in a pinch.

Rotom-C is great on balance and bulky offense teams, using it's unique defensive profile to repeatedly switch-in and pressure the opponent. If it opts to use Volt Switch, it can even act as a pivot to bring in big threats such as Galarian Zapdos, Krookodile and Mamoswine. Galarian Zapdos is a particularly good as it can chain its U-turn with Rotom's Volt Switch, putting immense pressure on the opponent, especially with entry hazards in the picture. Other good partners include Slither Wing and Barraskewda, which can use U-turn and Flip Turn, respectively to bring in Rotom-C against Hippowdon and Slowbro. Klefki is another solid teammate, laying Spikes for Rotom to make great use of as it hits many mons that hover above Spikes incredibly hard. If Rotom-C uses Thunder Wave, it can pair up with Pokemon such as Volcanion, Hisuian Zoroark, and Basculegion-F that enjoy facing a crippled Cyclizar. All of them also invite in Hisuian Goodra, making for fierce pairings that can leave the snail too weak to answer one or the other. Other good partners include Slowbro for its nifty Fire-type resistance, as well as being a more reliable switch into Water-type Pokemon. In return, Rotom resists the Electric- and Grass- type moves aimed at Slowbro.

Nasty Plot turns Rotom-C into a deadly wallbreaker, capable of busting through teams without a Cyclizar or Hisuian Goodra. so those are actually extremely common mons, considering its a b- mon idk it seems a bit too hype Leaf Storm hits Pokemon such as Slowbro, Hippowdon, Rhyperior and Basculegion-F extremely hard. just pick a few examples, everyone knows water and ground are weak to grass. either way you go on to say youd click tbolt vs waters anyways. also what is its breaking power level? is there any notable neutral calc at +2 that gives us an idea of how well it performs as a wallbreaker? Thunderbolt complements Leaf Storm well, hitting the Poison-, Fire-, Steel-, and Bug-type Pokemon that resist Leaf Storm neutrally and the Flying-type Pokemon that resist Leaf Storm super effectively. this is just dex info and not really worth mentioning. insted talk about how it lets you click a move at +2 without losing the boost, you go on to say this for waters specifically but its just generally useful bc of that. id mention tbolt variants being more traditionally walled by fat dragons and then on volt the upside is you can still pressure them. if you have any calc that shows tbolt being more useful over volt switch thatd be ideal too. Thunder Wave ruins Cyclizar and makes it easy pickings for the next time Rotom-C comes in while being useful against faster Pokemon such as Fezandipiti, Noivern and Maushold i woulndt say easy pickings necessarily.. its good to cripple bike yes but it still beats you long term/can now slow uturn on rotom so it still has the upper hand 1v1 even if it loses out on a lot of utility. Will-O-Wisp cripples physical attackers such as Bisharp, Slither Wing, and Terrakion what pokemon does wow help you break through? or is it more of a general utility option to help out teammates? either way, im not sure youd stay in on a slither wing or a terrakion just to click willow bc those mons are most definitly not switching into rotom. Tera Steel allows it to avoid Toxic from the likes of Umbreon, Fezandipiti, and Quagsire while also being a generally good defensive type paired with Rotom's Levitate. Nasty Plot turns Rotom-C into a deadly wallbreaker, capable of busting through teams without a Cyclizar or Hisuian Goodra. so those are actually extremely common mons, considering its a b- mon idk it seems a bit too hype (on a similar note, reword to focus on a benefit like capitalizing on fat waters / grounds) Leaf Storm hits Pokemon such as Slowbro, Hippowdon, Rhyperior and Basculegion-F extremely hard. just pick a few examples, everyone knows water and ground are weak to grass. either way you go on to say youd click tbolt vs waters anyways. also what is its breaking power level? is there any notable neutral calc at +2 that gives us an idea of how well it performs as a wallbreaker? Tera Steel allows it to avoid Toxic from the likes of Umbreon, Fezandipiti, and Quagsire while also being a generally good defensive type paired with Rotom's Levitate.
