[SET COMMENTS]
Thanks to Rotom-C's Electric- and Grass-type STAB moves, Nasty Plot sets can shred bulky cores that rely on walls like Lanturn, Regirock, and Orthworm. Discharge is an alternative to Thunderbolt that punishes walls like Cryogonal and Dipplin with paralysis so that Rotom-C or a teammate can more easily overwhelm them. Volt Switch lets Rotom-C keep up momentum against its switch-ins if it's not in a position to sweep, giving it more utility in the early- and mid-game. Pain Split keeps Rotom-C healthy against bulky foes like Snorlax and Muk, and the HP-lowering effect can put them into positions to be overwhelmed by Rotom-C. Will-O-Wisp punishes Grass-types and special walls looking to intercept Rotom-C like Brute Bonnet and Snorlax. A bulkier EV spread affords Rotom-C more opportunities to set up Nasty Plot, but a more offensive one lets Rotom-C break through weakened walls like Snorlax more easily and with fewer boosts. If Rotom-C opts to run Volt Switch, then Heavy-Duty Boots will generally add more to its longevity than Leftovers. Tera Ghost throws off Fighting-type revenge killers like Passimian and Hisuian Sneasel, and the Fighting immunity it grants can save Rotom-C against Tera Dragon Regirock's Iron Defense-boosted Body Press. The Fire resistance provided by Tera Dragon helps Rotom-C against Fire-type revenge killers like Charizard and Typhlosion, and it preserves Rotom-C's natural Electric, Grass, and Water resistances. Tera Steel gives Rotom-C a good defensive typing that offers it more setup opportunities against special walls like Porygon2 and the ability to flip its matchups for a critical turn against revenge killers like Sneasel and Choice Scarf Mesprit.

Rotom-C's ability to pressure defensive Pokemon is an asset for offense, bulky offense, and balance teams. Spikes from entry hazard setters like Hisuian Qwilfish and Orthworm helps wear down checks to Rotom-C like Dipplin, Muk, and Snorlax. Stealth Rock from setters like Mesprit, Regirock, and Sandslash can also passively get chip damage on these checks to Rotom-C, and in turn, Rotom-C threatens entry hazard removers like Braviary and Sandslash. Special sweepers like Oricorio-F and Farigiraf can sweep late-game once Rotom-C has softened up special walls like Snorlax for them. Physical wallbreakers like Glastrier and Choice Band Floatzel apply pressure to special walls Rotom-C struggles against, while Rotom-C threatens Regirock and Poliwrath. Floatzel forms a great pivot core with Rotom-C, as they can wear down their shared Grass-type checks like Lurantis and Brute Bonnet. Fire-types like Charizard, Oricorio-F, and Typhlosion can melt the Grass-types that are obstacles to Rotom-C like Brute Bonnet and Shaymin, while Rotom-C can pressure Regirock and Lanturn for these Fire-type teammates. Offensive Poison-types like Hisuian Qwilfish, Grafaiai, and Hisuian Sneasel can be handled by Ground-type teammates like Sandslash and Sandaconda. Additionally, these Poison-types can actually make great partners for Rotom-C itself, as they can pressure Grass-types for it, and they also appreciate Rotom-C's good matchups against Ground-types. Glastrier, Regirock, and Poliwrath can handily handle fast Ice-types like Sneasel and Froslass for Rotom-C.

Thanks 5Dots! I also removed mentions of Palossand and Qwilfish because of their rises to PU. Also Porygon2 rose to NU, not PU :nerd:. Implemented and ready for GP Team

Thanks to Rotom-C's Electric- and Grass-type STAB moves, (AC) Nasty Plot sets Rotom-C can shred bulky cores that rely on walls like Lanturn, Regirock, and Orthworm thanks to its offensive Electric + Grass STAB coverage. (better flow + STAB technically isn’t coverage) Discharge is an alternative to Thunderbolt that punishes walls like Cryogonal and Dipplin with paralysis so that Rotom-C or a teammate can more easily overwhelm them. Volt Switch lets Rotom-C keep up more momentum against its switch-ins if it's not in a position to sweep, giving it more utility in the early-game and mid-game. Pain Split keeps Rotom-C healthy against bulky foes like Snorlax and Muk, and the HP-lowering effect can put foes like them into positions to be overwhelmed by Rotom-C. Will-O-Wisp punishes Grass-types and special walls looking to intercept Rotom-C like Brute Bonnet and Snorlax looking to intercept Rotom-C. (smoother / not as choppy) A bulkier EV spread affords Rotom-C more opportunities to set up Nasty Plot, but a more offensive EV spread one lets Rotom-C break through weakened walls like Snorlax more easily and with fewer boosts. If Rotom-C opts to run Volt Switch, then Heavy-Duty Boots will generally add more to its longevity than Leftovers. Tera Ghost throws off Fighting-type revenge killers like Passimian and Hisuian Sneasel are thrown off by Tera Ghost, (active voice is preferred over passive) and the Fighting immunity it grants can save Rotom-C against Terastallized Iron Defense Regirock (I assume you mean Body Press, which is why this is vague. Unless there’s some info lost, I’d say “Tera Fighting Regirock's Iron Defense-boosted Body Press”.). The extra Fire resistance provided by Tera Dragon helps Rotom-C against Fire-type revenge killers like Charizard and Typhlosion, and it preserves Rotom-C's natural Electric, Grass, and Water resistances. Tera Steel gives Rotom-C a good defensive typing for that offers it more setup opportunities against special walls like Porygon2 and the ability to flip its matchups for a critical turn against revenge killers like Sneasel and Choice Scarf Mesprit.

Rotom-C's ability to pressure defensive Pokemon is an asset for offense, bulky offense, and balance teams. Spikes setters like Hisuian Qwilfish and Orthworm help wear down checks to Rotom-C like Dipplin, Muk, and Snorlax. (if you mean the Pokemon wear down checks as well, leave it as-is, but if you were referring mostly to hazards say “Spikes from setters like…”.) Stealth Rock from setters like Mesprit, Regirock, and Sandslash can also passively get chip spread more passive damage on these checks to Rotom-C, and in turn, (AC) Rotom-C threatens entry hazard removers like Braviary and Sandslash. Special sweepers like Oricorio-F and Farigiraf can sweep in the late-game once Rotom-C has softened up special walls like Snorlax for them. Physical wallbreakers like Glastrier and Choice Band Floatzel apply pressure to special walls Rotom-C struggles against, while Rotom-C threatens Regirock and Poliwrath. Floatzel forms a great pivot core with Rotom-C, as they can wear down their shared Grass-type checks like Lurantis and Brute Bonnet together. Fire-types like Charizard, Oricorio-F, and Typhlosion can melt the Grass-types like Brute Bonnet and Shaymin that are obstacles to Rotom-C like Brute Bonnet and Shaymin, while Rotom-C can pressure Regirock and Lanturn for these its Fire-type teammates. Offensive Poison-types like Hisuian Qwilfish, Grafaiai, and Hisuian Sneasel can be handled by Ground-type teammates like Sandslash and Sandaconda. Additionally, (AC) these These Poison-types can actually make great partners for Rotom-C itself, as they can pressure Grass-types for it, and they also appreciate Rotom-C's good matchups against Ground-types. Glastrier, Regirock, and Poliwrath can handily handle fast Ice-types like Sneasel and Froslass for Rotom-C.
