Mega Tyranitar stomps its way through Nat Dex with a jarring new move, Knock Off! Mega Tyranitar serves as a beneficial Stealth Rock setter for a myriad of teams with great bulk and Dark / Rock typing, enabling it to oppress threaten common Ghost and Flying types Pokemon such as Moltres and Gholdengo. ***Add sentence here about its positive matchup spread into various Fire-type Pokemon as well, such as Volcarona, Heatran, and Mega Charizard-Y lacking Focus Blast*** Stone Edge threatens Defoggers users like Tornadus-T, Zapdos, and Rotom-W to ensure Stealth Rock stays on field. Pursuit traps Pokémon like Dragapult, Gholdengo, and Tapu Lele, making Mega Tyranitar the perfect Pursuit trapper with formidable STAB moves. like Gholdengo, Slowking-G, and Tapu Lele locked into a Psychic attack to the benefit of teammates such as Iron Valiant and Tapu Lele. (reworded because the use of Pursuit was a bit redundant in this line) Knock Off removes items from Pokémon such as Ferrothorn and Toxapex and provides great utilitiy. Great Tusk and Ferrothorn, significantly impairing their longevity, while also providing good utility into Pokemon relying on Heavy-Duty Boots such as 124 Speed EVs allows Mega Tyranitar to outspeed uninvested Rotom-W and Gholdengo. Mega Tyranitar appreciates defensive Pokémon like Zapdos, Toxapex, and Gholdengo to come in on threats like Sneasler, Iron Valiant, and Zamazenta. In turn, Fighting-type partners such as Iron Valiant and Zamazenta greatly appreciates Mega Tyranitar removing Pokémon like Gholdengo and Tapu Lele. Mega Tyranitar also benefits having partners that can deal with Ground-types, such as Rotom-W and Tornadus-T. (imo, this entire section reads wayyy too analysis-like, and we added Iron Valiant as a good teammate in the Pursuit section now. Instead, let's mention Alomomola as a particularly good teammate here as well, and how it can provide a positive matchup into Rain and Sun teams, denying weather and checking threats such as Zapdos)
would like to give this one more quick glance after implement just because there's gonna be some new info added. lmk when implemented and ill stamp asap. nice work :blobpex:
