What is the bug?
The "Forum" link in National Dex Balanced Hackmons links to the National Dex RU forum

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Teambuilder -> New Team -> Set Format to "National Dex BH" -> Click on "Forum"

This was fixed on Smogon by dhelmise, but the format is rotating out in October so it barely matters that it was fixed. Thanks for reporting still :)
