HOW DOES THIS PROJECT WORK?

The concept behind this project is fairly simple. Every week, we will have a new team, where one Pokemon slot will be hidden. A hint will be given and based on that hint, everyone will guess what the missing Pokemon is. I could say you are...filling the blanks! What's more, these teams are submitted by YOU, the people participating in this project! If you want to send me teams for future rounds, make sure to check the other part of the post!


WHEN DOES A ROUND BEGIN AND END?


Every Monday, a new team is gonna be posted and the designated time for you to submit the missing mon will be until Friday. After that, the voting phase will start where other players than those who have submitted will vote upon the submitted mons.

HOW DOES WINNING WORK?

Pretty simple. There are 2 possible winners every week. One person can win via having the most voted submission and another person can win if they have guessed the correct missing pokemon, even if they didn't have the most votes. If one person's submission happens to be the most voted and it was a correct guess, then that person is the only one who wins.

HOW CAN I SUBMIT A TEAM?

You can either send me direct message here on smogon, or you can shoot me a dm via Discord, my @ is the same as here, so it should be fairly easy and straightforward to find me.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

-If someone has already submitted a Pokemon you were thinking about, you shouldn't mention it.
-If you submitted a pokemon, you can still vote during the voting phase, just not your own mon.

This is mostly all there is, you can see how the project generally goes by also checking the thread, i think that's how you best understand how we roll around here. I myself always find it confusing trying to understand how a project works only by reading its intro post.

As mentioned in the intro post, this is just the first phase.You guys may now leave comments explaining what mon is in the place of that ultra ball and give your reasons as to why you think so.The second phase starts on friday, where other people will vote what they think is correct!Good luck!!:sphearical:

Ok so Mega-Medicham has already been mentioned here, as there are only very few mons that can 2HKO Skarm, so I will try to guess the moveset. Before I do this though I want to note that I dont know anything about Ineros medi preferences. People usally use similar last 2 moves and Adamant/Jolly.

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Zen Headbutt
- Bullet Punch / Trailblaze
- Trailblaze / Ice Punch

Looking at the team, I first ruled out tpunch, its not very useful rn and you already have serp and thundy. Then I saw, that both diancie and ival would pose a big Problem, so I made
the 3rd Move bp. As a 4th move I choose Trailblaze as it is a fairly common choice on webs for the possibilty of webs not being on the field. Knowing that Trailblaze and bp dont have mutch synergy, I included icepunch as a overall good coverage option to also help thundy and ceru. I choose Adamant as it makes more sense on webs.
