Playoffs Round 1:
[1] sealoo vs Big Chungus irl [8]
[2] HoopsspooH vs Comett7778 [7]
[3] salmonelephant vs Ineros [6]
[4] Fixzation vs Medasus [5]

Users must play in a multi-tiered Best of 3 set, consisting of any of NatDex UU, NatDex RU, NatDex Ubers, and NatDex Monotype. You may not play the same tier twice in one set.

Deadline is on Sunday, 17th August at 11:59 PM (GMT-4)

[1] sealoo vs Big Chungus irl [8]
Probably one of the closer matchups Sealoo could have had as first seed, but just like last year he comes into playoffs as the favorite. I would favor Sealoo in UU and Big Chungus slightly in RU and Mono but Sealoo does have 2 (3?) great RU builders behind him so I do not think the discrepancy between the UU and RU is close at all. Sealoo takes these most of the time but pokemon does tend to get ridiculous sometimes

[2] HoopsspooH vs Comett7778 [7]
Unfamiliar with both players but apparently Comett was giving Sealoo belt to ass in uu open but left before g1 ended and seems to be playing UU in other tours? so I'll give them the UU game but as for the other tiers HoopsspooH did better in the other opens and seems to be a general tour player so I guess I'll give them the dub

[3] salmonelephant vs Ineros [6]
Salmon has been really impressive in RU and I would be shocked if he drops g1. As for UU both got knocked out fairly early but got given pretty tough opponents in each of their losses, Salmon is a creative UU builder and I am a fan of the teams he has brought so far but I know Ineros is familiar with the tier as well. Ubers and Mono probably go to Ineros, who faired far better in the Mono open and I'm unsure if Salmon has touched Ubers. Should be a close one and come down to the UU game which I think Salmon edges, rooting for both of you

[4] Fixzation vs Medasus [5]
Will bold Medasus purely because of my ignorance, Medasus did well enough in both RU and Ubers open whereas I haven't really found much of anything in terms of fixzation playing anything other than Monotype, could be wrong tho idk lol
